Hello, I’ve been unable to display a sample property in the ultra single property template. I have tried different property ID’s in the customise settings area. Just finding it difficult to design a template without seeing a sample property.

Precisely, to edit a single property layout in Elementor, you must enter a valid Property Post ID in Dashboard → RealHomes → Customize Settings → Property Detail Page → Basics → Sample Property ID for the Elementor Editor.
This helps Elementor load that specific property’s content as a live preview in the editor. The documentation also includes a helpful video guide demonstrating this process.
Certain RealHomes Elementor widgets are built to display dynamic content but might not render completely in the Elementor editor preview. In these cases, you must save your changes and view the property on the front end to see the full result.

Hello, yes the property post ID’s and the sample ID are input exactly, however all of the sections appear blank showing “no information added! Please edit property to add information” however It appears correctly on the front end.

Hello, yes all complete. The properties are fine on the front end and when editing them. Just doesn’t show on the Ultra single page. We’re able to refresh and check the front end for the design, however not the easiest to make amendments and update the design. I’ve double checked everything and tried with other property ID’s, however we get the same result. Thanks

Hi,
The dashboard not working as correctly after themes and plugin update. By right after agent login, they will be redirect to the Dashboard and the navigation menu should be display on the profile icon. But it is not showing now, except the logout nav link.

Hi,
I have been using the RH – Real Estate theme for several years, and it has been working perfectly on scicolone.com.ar. Properties are uploaded via an external application using the REST API, and everything functions smoothly.
However, sporadically and randomly, property images disappear. When accessing the WordPress dashboard, we see that the properties no longer have photos attached, even though the images still exist on the server. To fix this, we delete all properties and re-upload them via the external application, which works well for a while until the issue happens again.
We have ruled out conflicts with optimization plugins or theme updates that might be causing the loss of the property-image relationship. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a solution? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
