Is theme ADA compliant and can it be used by disabled people?

Our theme is fully accessiable and doesn’t have any known issues on this matter. But if you have some specific requirements, please clarify or provide some examples of such features so we can check if they are available in our theme.

I ran it against accessibility checker and yes most of the things are in complaince but it is 60% compliant. Again the issues they reported should not be big deal for your team. You can take a look here.

All these issues are related to our demo website, not to the theme specifically. And all of them can be fixed. If you face any issues caused by the theme itself, you can contact our support and we will fix them in the theme.
I agree with you on some issues like alt tag and all. But then there are issues which is due to lack of attributes like area-label , arealabelby. If provision given for that than its great. If not then we need to address it at the code level. Are you guys planning to cover those items in upcoming updates already?

These screenshots don’t contain anything related to area-label, arealabelby attribute you mentioned earlier.

Hello, After the latest updates I’m having a lot of problems. Everything worked perfectly before. HTML BLOCKS blocks do not work in the headers. Graphics that no longer match what was created. Gutenberg does not match the final page. I am very disappointed. Updates are released with then dozens of improvements to be made. I really think of changing the theme, I can’t stand to keep up with continuous adjustments.

The original website (e.g. parlorus.com) which had the first install of Woodmart is no longer active. And so, I can’t deactivate it. And when I tried to login to my account on Xtemos, it doesn’t allow me to login even after I reset my password.
How do I resolve this login issue?

I have been using your theme almost for 10 years now, in lots of websites and it works fine.
There seems to be an issue editing any sidebar with WPBakery. I cannot make any changes, I can only edit it in the widgets section, which is quite problematic and doesn’t have the same options.

Great overall Theme, got 3 websites with license from you, i’m trying to setup the last one now, FACEBOOK/GOOGLE Social authentication, after i did everything here -> https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-configure-google-login/ and here -> https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-configure-facebook-login/ (which by the way it’s very different now for Google and Facebook side of things) i get this error “Security Violated”.
Any ideea why? (maybe you should update the Social authentication tutorials both for Facebook and especially for Google, a lot of things changed)

Hello, as i said above, almost everything is disabled, the Facebook and Google interface for setting the connection up and functionalities, are NOT the same as you present them in the guide for connecting this social media channels, as we said we already have 3 LIVE websites which are using licensed theme from you, for which we did the integrations easy, last year, when the guides were ACCURATE, now they are NOT, especially Google, it’s a whole new structure to obtain those API keys.
We will review our tutorials and update screenshots soon.

Guys, come on, did you read what we said ? There’s nothing wrong with the website, we have 3 (THREE) different websites, all based on your Theme, for all the integration works fine, we did this 3 TIMES BEFORE, we are not a novice at this, something is wrong, and it’s not our website, we disabled everything left only CORE theme plugins, and still get this.

We just tested this on our development website, and both Google and Facebook work correctly. We did everything as per the documentation tutorials.
This is the most disappointing experience I’ve had with a theme. I set up the theme, added the plugins, implemented all the necessary patches, and imported the prebuilt template. However, all I see on the Home Page is code, text, and broken images; same thing with other pages. The only elements that function correctly are the header and footer menus, which lack sufficient customization options. If I had to do everything from scratch, why would I buy a theme in the first place?!

Subject: Bug Report: WoodMart Header Issues When Using Gutenberg (Without Elementor)
Dear WoodMart Support Team,
I would like to report a potential bug I’ve encountered in the WoodMart theme. The issue affects the header functionality, but it specifically occurs only when the theme is used with the Gutenberg editor (and Elementor is not active).
Problem Description:
When WoodMart is active and Elementor is not active (i.e., the standard WordPress/Gutenberg editor is in use), the following problems occur in the header:
Sticky Header: The sticky header feature is disabled and does not function when scrolling.
Search Button/Icon: The search button (or icon) in the header does not respond to clicks.
URL Behavior: When clicking certain header elements (like the search icon), only a # symbol is appended to the current URL (e.g., yourdomain.com/#), but the expected action (like opening the search overlay/field) does not occur.
Important Observation / Workaround:
As soon as I install and activate the Elementor plugin, all the header functions mentioned above (sticky header, search, etc.) start working correctly and immediately.
If I then deactivate Elementor again, the issues return instantly.
Reproducibility:
I have been able to consistently reproduce this behavior:
On a completely fresh WordPress installation with only WoodMart (and its required core plugin) activated.
On my local development environment.
I have followed all installation and configuration instructions as per your documentation.
Summary of Trigger:
The error appears to be specifically linked to the combination of WoodMart + Gutenberg (without Elementor). The fact that activating Elementor fixes the problem suggests that perhaps certain JavaScript functions or dependencies required by the header are not loading or executing correctly when Elementor is not active.
Request for Investigation:
Could you please investigate this behavior and confirm whether it is a bug? Having a fully functional header without requiring Elementor to be installed is important for my project.
