I have a general question about using your theme. During the setup process, I noticed that there’s an option to install a demo version of the theme, which is great. However, when I install the demo, it also includes a lot of sample data, such as sample products and other content.
I would prefer to start clean — without any sample data — but still have the theme look like one of your demos. Is there a way to set up the theme to look like the demo, but without importing the sample content?
Also, you shared a link that seems to be a documentation or guide — is it possible to find instructions for this specific setup there?

Hello, I activated and configured estimate delivery with the latest version of woodmart, and it doenst appear in any page. any suggest? I followed the video tutorial. Estimate delivery is enabled in theme settings and I added all conditions in Products > Estimate Delivery, but nothing happens. Thank you

It means that this issue is not related to our theme. Probably something wrong with your WooCommerce configuration.

It looks like you didn’t update the theme properly. Could you please let us know how you updated it? As for now, you need to reupload the theme via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.

first download the version 8.1.2 and then Uploaded via ftp , finaly unzip the theme files over there
It looks like you didn’t replace all files. Some files are still exist from the previous version. Try to update it via the WordPress dashboard. Or remove the theme folder completely first.

I’ve been using the WoodMart theme for my online store, and I’m really happy with the overall look and feel of the template. However, I’m encountering a couple of issues and would really appreciate some guidance.
The sidebar on the product pages is not suitable for my store and is affecting the layout. I’m looking for a way to remove it or adjust its placement.

I’m experiencing a performance issue on my WooCommerce site using the Woodmart theme. After importing products and enabling Memcached object caching (SiteGround hosting), the Shop page triggers over 800 duplicate queries, as reported by Query Monitor.
The majority are repeated get_option() queries like:
SELECT option_value FROM wp_options WHERE option_name = ‘woodmart_pa_collezione_show_on_product’ SELECT option_value FROM wp_options WHERE option_name = ‘woodmart_pa_tessuto_show_on_product’ SELECT option_value FROM wp_options WHERE option_name = ‘woodmart_pa_stile_show_on_product’
These calls originate from the woodmart_product_label() function and are executed once per product, per attribute. When Memcached is disabled, WordPress handles them internally. But with object cache enabled, they become real database queries — greatly increasing page load time and CPU usage.
Is there a fix or update planned to cache these options using static variables or a more efficient approach? Alternatively, could you provide a filter or hook to disable the product label attributes from querying on archive pages?
Environment:
Theme: Woodmart (child theme active)
Plugins: WooCommerce, Elementor Pro, WPML
Hosting: SiteGround GoGeek (PHP 8.2, Memcached object cache active)

Hello, I’ve noticed that the Woodmart theme is not compatible with “request a quote” plugins, as they don’t work properly with the theme’s button system and layout.
I’d like to know if you would consider adding a built-in “Request a Quote” feature directly into the theme, without relying on third-party plugins. Ideally, this feature should be customizable (for example, choosing where to show the button, adjusting text, etc.), since the current “catalog mode” is quite limited.

Unfortunately I have reported this error and they have only given me mediocre responses and they have not solved the incompatibility between the Request a Quote for WooCommerce plugins, I tried many plugins and it was only a waste of money, I discarded the template to use Astra, although I love Woodmart that is why I recommend it, if at some point they solve this problem or hopefully they can add the quote request functionality to the template

All these issues are related to our demo website, not to the theme specifically. And all of them can be fixed. If you face any issues caused by the theme itself, you can contact our support and we will fix them in the theme.
I agree with you on some issues like alt tag and all. But then there are issues which is due to lack of attributes like area-label , arealabelby. If provision given for that than its great. If not then we need to address it at the code level. Are you guys planning to cover those items in upcoming updates already?
