Dear Keenthemes Support Team,
I am currently working with Metronic 8 Tailwind Demo 5 and using the Settings – Plain page as a reference: https://keenthemes.com/metronic/tailwind/demo5/account/home/settings-plain
I noticed that the JavaScript validation for required fields does not seem to be working on this page. When I leave fields empty and try to submit, there is no alert or validation feedback.
Could you kindly help me with the following:
Which specific JavaScript file handles form validation for this page?
Is there a way to enable or initialize the validation manually using Metronic 8’s JavaScript framework?
Alternatively, is this page intended to demonstrate only the UI layout and not include validation logic?
I have reviewed the source files but could not locate any active script handling validation in this layout. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much for your support!
Best regards,
Hi,
At the moment Metronic 9 forms does not have built in javascript form validation features. We will add this features soon. In the meantime you can refer to https://devs.keenthemes.com/question/form-validation-in-tailwin guide to implement the form validation features for forms.

Hi, 1) We want to develop a high performance application in ASP.Net Core (for backend APIs and server-side logic) using React JS (for building the user interface), Tailwind CSS (for utility-first responsive styling), and TypeScript (for type-safe JavaScript development). Please confirm whether this theme is optimized for Tailwind, React JS and Type script. 2) Is this with Tailwind only. We don’t want to make use of Bootstrap. Thanks

Hi Metronic team. I’m currently using v9 but it feels like a beta version to me and there is no ETA. Current tailwind component files (I mean ts files) is not clean and buildable. Probably these small problems are fixed already but my eslint and typescript configurations preventing builds. If we don’t see next Metronic update soon please share tailwind component update. Thanks! And I love you Metronic team.

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. Please note that Metronic Laravel does not include language translation files. You can use Laravel’s built in i18n module to translate your content. For any further help please reach our support via Devs Support Forum.

Cooking.
Shaping up to be a solid base for full store workflows.
This is a Create Shipping Label example. Let us know your thoughts!
Will there be any other new pages in the future update besides the store?
Hi,
Sure, we will add more Business Concept pages.
If you have any specific topics or concepts you’d like us to cover, please feel free to share your suggestions—I’d love to hear your thoughts!
Regards, Sean
At the moment, there are quite a few pages in the current version of Metronic Tailwind. I hope that in the new version some of the functions that are marked as “Soon” in the current version will be implemented.
I really like the quality, design and attention to detail of the product, it is really excellent and many thanks to you for it. Track Shipping modal is excellent. It’s just a joy to look at and everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
What I would also like to see:
1. More ready-made dashboards for different scenarios and products;
2. More ready-made applications:
- Chat;
- Email;
- File manager;
- Ticket system;
- Help and educational system;
3. More examples of forms and modal windows for different scenarios;
4. More non-standard and complex tabular data views;
5. User management: list of users, adding new ones, roles, delegation;
6. Content management: articles/posts, categories, tags;
7. Analytics and reports: graphs, charts, tables
Hi,
Thank you for your great suggestion! Our future update plans align closely with the features you mentioned. We’re prioritizing business-ready tools to help our users ship their projects as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Regards, Sean

Complete warehouse and store management with real-time inventory flow, stock thresholds, forecasting, per-item handling, and shipment logging – built for operational visibility, not surface metrics.
Just a quick clarification: Store Management is currently in development and scheduled to roll out within the next few weeks. Stay tuned!
I’m really looking forward to the new version, is there any information on the release date?
Hi
,
Thank you for the heads-up!
We are quite close to the release. Pushing it by end of April.

Hi Metronic Team,
I’m using Metronic Laravel Starter Kit (Laravel 10, Livewire 3) and facing console errors on /dashboard and/user-management/users:
searchObject.on is not a function (scripts.bundle.js:7872, users-search.js:66) stepperObj.on is not a function (create-app.js:24) input element is already Tagified (plugins.bundle.js:29494) multiple Roots on the same DOM node & getComputedStyle (Root.ts, dashboard only) I tried initializing KTSearch/KTStepper, preventing Tagify re-initialization, and destroying/re-initializing ApexCharts in master.blade.php, but the errors persist. Can you help? Full logs/details available if needed.
Thanks,
Hi,
It seems you are not using the Quick Search element in the header. If that is the case please try to remove src/js/layout/search.js script from your build and recompile the assets.
If you need any further clarifications please do let us know.
Regards.
I tried the procedure of recompiling after removing the “search,” and the errors persisted. I went back to the site, downloaded it again, and followed the steps from https://keenthemes.com/metronic7/?page=docs§ion=laravel-quick-start. I only copied the .env file with the MySQL database information, but when accessing it, the errors still remain. This is the link to the process.
https://jam.dev/c/15c52d71-45a8-46be-97c3-83f210da6372Hi
The link you provided is for Metronic v7.
Could you please check this docs for Metronic v8.
https://preview.keenthemes.com/laravel/metronic/docs/getting-startedThanks
I followed the steps in this link exactly.
I still get errors, including new ones.
i make a JAM video to show https://jam.dev/c/33a8d15c-92f1-45e6-9376-31ec33c87858Hi
Sorry for the delay. I see the issue. The deprecated errors seems you are using the older version of PHP. Could you please check your PHP version? Laravel 11 requires PHP 8.2 or greater.
For the JS error in the console log. Could you please try to rebuild the assets using these commands:
npm install
npm run dev
Then proceed with php artisan serve.
We are releasing Metronic updates soon. The fixes will be included.
Thanks
Having a problem with the multistage wizards. I use this for registering users and if there is a problem it re-renders the form which screws everything up. How do I reset the stepper in the case of a submission error.
Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. May I know which Metronic version are you using ?
If you are using Metronic 9 Tailwind: https://keenthemes.com/metronic/tailwind/docs/components/stepperCan you please try “goFirst()” method ? to reset and go to the first page ?
Regards, Sean
i think 8.2.9
goFirst doesn’t fix anything. I’m using the part of the theme that uses the aside as well if that helps. I can get the stepper by id but I can’t get KTCreateAccount so that I can init it again maybe (?)
Hi,
Thank for the details.
Could you please provide your code via http://gist.github.com/ ? How are you resetting the wizard ? Do you use KTCreateAccount for your stepper code ? Could you please provide more details via support@keenthemes.com or devs.keenthemes.com ?

Hello, Is there a clean HTML Bootstrap Admin template or is a combination of Laravel HTML?. I am reading/referring to the heading. I am interested in Only HTLM Bootstrap Admin Template. Thanks
Hi,
Yes, Mertronic has multiple template versions. You can use the default HTML/Boostrap version as a plain HTML template without Laravel.
Regards, Sean
Tnx

We will release it as soon as possible in a future update of Metronic.

Hello, will there be an update for the bootstrap version? Or is your focus on the tailwind version? Do you have a roadmap for 2025?
Hi,
Yes, we are about to release new Metronic 9 Tailwind update with Tailwind 4 update, shop app and new components in the coming weeks.
As for Bootstrap we will continue providing the bug fix update but new features will be applied for the Tailwind version to make it more complete.
Regards, Sean
But it seems the folders in google drive link I got are structured differently and I can’t find any tailwind demos
Which one one in google drive is the html version of that tailwind demo 5
Hi,
This demo is already included in your themeforest latest download package. Just check “dist/html/demo5” html templates and refer to https://keenthemes.com/metronic/tailwind/docs/ for setup and getting started with it.
