My website is blog.workafly.com. I installed the Invest News theme, and manually deleted all of the demo content (posts and images). Then, I added my own posts and images, however I see “No Content Available” on the homepage in the featured section (the section at the top).

What settings do I need to edit in order to display a single post (or many) in the featured homepage section as well as other sections that also say “No Content Available”?

Hello team, I’ve been using your theme for a while now, but I’ve been experiencing an incompatibility with the Offload Media – Cloud Storage plugin. This plugin is widely used on blogs that have a large volume of images to move from CDN to Digital Ocean Spaces, S3 or other services. Could you implement compatibility with the plugin in a future update?

I took some screenshots to illustrate.

1) For some reason, when using JNEWS Video, empty categories are created in Wordpress.

2) When JNEWS Video sends the YouTube thumbnail to the Wordpress library, WP Offload sends it to my digital ocean. But an empty copy of the image is generated:

3) When saving the article after filling in all the fields of the JNEWS Block in the video module, the contents are cleared and are not filled in, I believe this happens when the YouTube thumbnail is loaded into WordPress. Therefore, I need to fill them in again for them to actually be saved.

Why is the LIKE button only available to registers users? Why can’t I make it so that visitors without accounts can give Like? I don’t want anyone registering on my blog just for that. It’s ridiculous. Or tell me a solution to this problem.

The Autoptimize plugin can be used for caching and minification as long as those options are enabled. You are also not obligated to use the WP Super Cache plugin on your site. If you are optimizing your site using third-party plugins like this, you will need to find the right configuration, as not all options enabled may work properly or be compatible.

Hello, thanks for reply. A query from our side is that , we saw all the JS and css used in theme, they are already minified. then i don’t think we should use the minification option of any cache plugin. there is a merging of JS and css respectively but it mess the site most of time. i think we should only use cache thing, please explain your take in this.

If you are not using other plugins that have non-minified CSS or JS, you can try disabling the minification feature.

envato support system log in not working! I’ve bough a new copy of the Theme to put on a different domain but there is no way to deactivate the Theme (which I did not purchase and don’t have contact with the person who did). So I can’t activate with the new purchase code or run plug in updates. I’ve even gone in via phpMyAdmin and updated the code there and it still won’t work

I recently purchased the theme (Order ID: 200808558) on 29 Mar 2025. After thoroughly installing the theme, I found that it does not meet my expectations and does not align with what was presented in the demo. As a result, I am unable to use it for my project.

According to ThemeForest’s refund policy, buyers are eligible for a refund when the product does not meet expectations based on its description and demo. Given that the theme does not perform as expected in my case, I believe I qualify for a refund.

Update broke basic fonction like import demo of the theme , be carefull guys and you can’t ask for the support to solve it after the expired support , so be carefull , this theme broke the function itself

Feature request: Add a language switcher option in the mobile header option Which is currently not available.

The JNews theme already has that feature. You can go to the Customizer (`Appearance -> Customize -> JNews – Header Option -> Header – Mobile Drawer Option`) and add the `Language` item to the `Drawer Content`. For more clarity, please refer to the image below.

I believe I made a mistake in purchasing this theme — I bought it just a minute ago, but unfortunately, I am unable to find any way to access support.

The support page is overwhelmed with so many products, and there is no clear forum or ticket system to submit a query. I am really disappointed with the poor user experience, and I have wasted time just trying to figure out where to ask for help.
