Hi, great theme and got some questions for you.

Can we place the Penci Finance Plugin anywhere we want on our homepage?

Where does the Finance plugin pull data from? What happens as the number of visitors to the site increases; No more data pull or maybe not loading widget Is crypto data displayed in real time? What is the delay in stock and index prices?

Your demo pages (https://soledaddemo.pencidesign.net/soledad-finance-news-3/) have separate widgets named such as StockStory, Most Active Stocks. Can we create as many widgets as we want and display any stock or crypto we want in them?

1/ Yes, of course – you can place the Penci Finance widgets anywhere you’d like on your site.

2/ The data is pulled from Yahoo Finance and CoinGecko. We use caching to ensure your website doesn’t pull fresh data on every single visit. By default, the caching time is 60 seconds, meaning the data will refresh every 60 seconds.

3/ Yes, you can absolutely do that. We support all stocks and cryptocurrencies provided by Yahoo Finance and CoinGecko.

Hello, I have a question. I bought Soledad a while ago, but the project didn’t move forward. Last month, we started a new project, but everything I try to install from Penci gives an error — like Text to Speech, Pay Writer.

Also, “The Filter needs update” keeps appearing. I do the update, but it still shows as needing an update. And this feature doesn’t appear in Elementor either.

I’ve already deactivated the plugins, but the errors persist.

When I couldn’t update the Filter, I enabled WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY, and several errors showed up.

  • My question is: Is there an obvious fix that you could help me with through a quick tip? OR If I purchase support, will you fix these issues for me?

I am about to purchase the Soledad theme and wanted to know if I can use it for more than 1 website. I am purchasing it to refresh one of my websites but after going through it, I may want to use it for 2 of my other websites as well. I don’t see anywhere where it is limited but I just wanted to make sure.

With one regular license, you can only use the theme for a single website. If you want to use the theme on three websites, you’ll need to purchase three separate regular licenses – one for each site. Every time i want to change the logo on the header builder for my website, its only loading but its not applying the logo on it. The logo is totaly normal png format and 600×100 px . BIG BUG !!!
