I would like to extend the theme options available under screen settings to custom post types i am adding using the ACF plugin provided with the theme. Presently, the theme options is available for the default Page and Post types, and the theme provided Portfolio Custom Post Type. If I add a custom post type, like “Openings”, I want the page settings to be available with every post under Openings. Is it possible to do from anywhere in the settings?

So, I wrote to your team regarding adding extra post types, as the site I have planned is quite elaborate. And I’ve tried for a few months with my team, but they say that it’s not possible to only use taxonomies with one post type and the theme to accommodate all the content.
So we’ll have to ditch using this theme after months of development. I am still having active support, but since the theme doesn’t work with custom post types, is a refund possible?

I understand it’s not an entitlement. Your theme requires a lot of expertise to even put together the demo site for the buyers. We have done a lot of advanced websites, with other themes, and since you provide ACF Pro and WP Bakery, one assumes it will be an advanced theme.
It is not good for a complex website. A simple website with few pages will work fine I believe. I believe I had requested you politely. Thanks anyway.

I don’t think it’s right to say my team is not an expert, when your theme is not fully compatible with custom post types offered with ACF. Your team has mentioned this in the support ticket.
I am not arguing with the Envato Refund Policy. The last thing I expect against a polite request is a rude reply.
We didn’t intend to offend or be rude. We simply quoted the paragraph, “They do not have sufficient expertise to use the item,” from the Envato Refund Policy. Because in your previous message, we believed you were having difficulties and said that “it requires a lot of expertise” to set things up.

Hi. My portfolio mattmadsen.com is set as my homepage, but now it is not populating and is only showing a blank page. Users can still navigate to other pages that populate, but without the ability for others to view the portfolio the site has no purpose. Purchased but support expired, hoping for help please!

Hi Colabrio Team, we are interested in buying the Ohio Theme, however our client refuses to use the WPBakery altogether. What issues would we be having when we deinstalled WPBakery and only work with Elementor as a builder? Will there be functions we can’t use? Elements we won’t have access to? Hi, Support ! After the upgrade to 3.5.5, I noticed 2 bugs in the layout (see https://snipboard.io/QxXpZP.jpg; on https://lucalexis.ch/le-blog/): 1) the breadcrumbs appear now each level on a separate lines (instead of on 1 line, as …> .... > ....; 2) the boxes to select filters and tags on the blog page appear on different lines (instead of 1 before). Seems like you have an old breadcrumbs template in your Child Theme. Please ensure that you have no problem with the disabled Child Theme. If so, send us a personal message and provide your temporary WP credentials.

When I try to change page settings in Wordpress for the home page header, I get the error: “Updating failed. Could not update the meta value of footnotes in database.” What can I do to resolve this? I tried adding an empty footer block but then it says it will change the page, since I used Elementor to edit it.

Thanks for replying! There are many plugins with same name. As I have understood it is Variation Swatches for WooCommerce by CartFlows? Styles seems like in demo. It would be nice to have informative documentations or/and possibility to import all necessary plugins from theme settings because it isn’t clear now.
And could you tell how I can set attributes to Cart page and window of cart preview like in demo, because attributes doesn’t show in the cart?
Correct, it’s https://wordpress.org/plugins/variation-swatches-woo/. We will consider adding this plugin to the suggested installation list.
Before setting up variable products, ensure that you have created the relevant attributes in the Products > Attributes WordPress menu.

Hello, I updated to the latest version of WPBakery Page Builder 8.4.1 and when I want to edit a page in the Backend editor, on some pages of my website, only the top of the page information comes out, the rest of the information is not visible.

I hope you’re doing well. I’m currently using the latest version of the Ohio theme, but I’m experiencing compatibility issues with the most recent version of WooCommerce (v9.8.0).
According to the system status report, the theme includes outdated WooCommerce template files, which are causing problems. Here are the specific files flagged as obsolete:
ohio/woocommerce/checkout/payment.php – version 8.1.0 (core version is 9.8.0)
ohio/woocommerce/order/order-details.php – version 9.6.0 (core version is 9.8.0)
ohio/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/grouped.php – version 7.0.1 (core version is 9.8.0)
WordPress is also displaying the following warning:
Your theme (Ohio) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need to be updated to ensure compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce.
Can you please let me know if an update is coming soon to fix this? Or if there’s a recommended workaround in the meantime?
