The theme has far too many bugs for a commercial WordPress/WooCommerce product. On category archive pages, when using “Load More”, it sometimes loads products from all categories instead of respecting the current category. The product filters are also unreliable and often return irrelevant results.

Variation swatches are especially problematic. Out-of-stock variations are not clearly disabled, so the customer only finds out after trying to add the product to the cart. Also, “out of stock” badges appear on category archive pages even when only one variation is out of stock and the product itself is still available. This is particularly frustrating because the latest update claimed to fix stock-related issues.

The theme also causes problems with WPML, despite being advertised as WPML ready. In a real multilingual WooCommerce setup, this creates unnecessary conflicts and extra debugging work.

Lately, we have also experienced 504 Gateway Time-out issues and serious performance problems. Another user reported a very similar issue, where the sw_core plugin was compiling LESS/CSS files on every page load instead of serving static CSS. That means the server rebuilds styling every time someone visits the site, which is a huge CPU load and can crash or slow down the website under traffic.

Overall, this theme is not stable, not reliable, and not production-ready.

The plugin sw_core is trying to compile LESS/CSS files on every page load. This is a massive CPU hog. Instead of serving a static .css file, your server is “rebuilding” the styling every time someone visits. Please check the settings of your theme or the sw_core plugin. Look for a setting called “Enable LESS Compiler” or “Development Mode” and turn it OFF. You want the site to serve static CSS, not compile it live.

We got these response from clodways server when site crashed with heavy traffic and site was not loading and also most of the time loading slow

Support system has so many bugs that no one can reach. First of all my server is wordpress hostinger. i have installed all child and main theme. Active all plugin. After importing demo it it doesn’t properly import sometimes product page, sometimes account creation page, sometimes css. i have tried like more than 10-12 times reset and install it each and every time different issue. Please provide support email. Couldn’t create a ticket becuase account don’t sign in.
