I would like to purchase a new XStore license to apply to a new client project.

But I need to know that your implementation of WP Bakery Page Builder includes an option for Video Backgrounds on Rows via Vimeo ( not only from YouTube ).

We’re having to scrap all our work on a project using another theme, because of this functionality wall we’ve hit, and have to change themes, ASAP now. I have suggested XStore as one of the best, most advanced WooCommerce themes I know.

Please let me know if I can promise the client working Row Elements with Video Backgrounds from Vimeo?

Technically, there’s no limit for products; this part is related to the WooCommerce plugin, not to our theme. Read here – https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-scaling-faqs/ , of course, the speed will be affected compared to Shop with just 100 products, but it should not be critical.
We are aware that some of our customers have more than a few thousand products. Of course, they also have powerful servers.

HI Team, The demo store seems to be giving back 504 Gateway Time-outs currently Also tried to reach out via your contact form on the main site (it just gives back errors of ‘failed to send’) Cant post on forums as that requires a purchase code to sign up (this is a pre-sale questions)

I imported a demo from the template but it imported 67 pages. I want only the basic pages. Why is it importing so many?

Hello, I am using this theme for years and I am very impressed! But nowdays, after the last theme update I am facing an issue.. When I visit from icognito my eshop, there are some console logs error saying: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘each’) at waypoints.js:595:7 at waypoints.js:625:2

and some more js errors.. If I refresh the page everything is loaded normally. But, this means that every new user looks the eshop broken for the first time, and what if user does not refresh and leave the page? Any ideas please? I thought it was a cache plugin problem, so I was experimented with others too, but no luck

However, we would like to know which version of the theme you were using prior to the update and whether all plugins have been updated as well.

The error message you mentioned — “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘each’) at waypoints.js” — typically indicates that a script is attempting to access an element or function before it has been properly initialized. This can sometimes occur due to a conflict with caching mechanisms or the order in which scripts are loaded.

The theme disables AMP on the checkout page, so its url is modified. In INDIA, we need the order details on the checkout page for payments with PIX, for example. As the url is modified, these details cannot be displayed. So with this code, you preserve the order key in the url and the details are displayed. Add this to your theme’s functions:

By default, WooCommerce disables purchasing when a product is out of stock. But you can override this in a few ways.

Here are your main options:
1. Enable “Allow Backorders” in Product Settings

WooCommerce has a built-in option for this:
- Go to Products > All Products in your WordPress dashboard.
- Edit the product you want.
- Scroll to the Product data section.
- Click the Inventory tab.
-Find “Allow backorders?” — choose one:
Allow — Customers can order, no warning.
Allow, but notify customer — Customers can order, but will see a notice like “Available on backorder”.
- Save the product.

2. Set Globally for Multiple Products
If you want to allow backorders for many products:
- Go to Products > All Products.
- Select multiple products (checkboxes).
- Bulk Actions > Edit.
- Set Allow Backorders to “Allow” or “Allow, but notify”.
- Update.

3. Use Code (Programmatically Allow Purchase of Out-of-Stock Products).

My theme and site is up to date, but the Pro Elements breaks plugin pagination on /product-category/ pages when it’s active. But I mean its neccessary for all the footers and a lot of styling? since the theme update there is also a random white block over the shop sidebar.

I really like your theme and would love to use it for a wig shop project. However, before purchasing, I need to confirm whether the following functionality can be implemented with your theme:

Is it possible to set up filtering of product variations on the product page by group? For example, if a wig is available in several shades from different color categories, it’s important that the user can first filter by the main color group (e.g., brunettes, blondes, reds, etc.), and then select a specific shade from the available variations.

It is also essential that the product variations are displayed as photo thumbnails, not just text or color.

Flexbox Container was not activated while creating some of our demos. Don’t worry, Elementor released an option to convert sections to a new flexbox container with just one click. Head up to section settings and you can find the Convert button https://prnt.sc/7gxSk7YuThms in Layout in Elementor Panel. Once you click on this button, a copy of the container containing widgets will be created underneath the section. Also, you can find the same settings in Page Settings that will help you to convert all sections on the page to Elementor Flexbox Containers.
