Hi, I bought this theme a few months ago, my support has expired. I would like to remove the license from staging domains and place the license to my new website. Please help. Thanks

Good day! I am unable to disconnect the theme from our previous domain because our developer quit and shut down our hosting. So we are starting from scratch with this, but we cannot disconnect from our old site as we no longer have access to the hosting (or support). Is there anyway you can disconnect? All of my icons suddenly disappeared… For example, the phone icon on the top menu — all of it is suddenly gone. Is there a quick fix for this?

We are currently using the Consulting theme and have installed the Melbourne demo. However, we would like to use a few page templates and design elements from the Munich and New York demos as well.

Since the Elementor library only includes templates from the active demo, we are unable to access content from other demos. Would it be possible for you to share the JSON or XML files for the pages or section templates used in the Munich and New York demos?

This would help us incorporate specific layouts from those demos without reinstalling them entirely.

Hi, I’m not asking for help with something custom – I’m simply trying to use your theme as intended. I purchased it some time ago, and just installed it yesterday. Everything appears to be working (green checkmark status), but when I try to make a basic change – like updating the style settings with custom colors – the loading spinner just keeps spinning and nothing happens.

Thank you, I had it updated, but haven’t try to update Bakery to the latest versions, because system says it is possible, even if the update haven’t been included. I missed the changelog. Problem solved!

i have been using this theme for quite some time. and i like the theme. i have no complaints about it – even though there have been some irritating bugs. as i said, i like the theme and will continue using it.

one thing i have not been able to solve is:

the image carousel does not work from a few previous updates. it just shows blank white space. no amount of tinkering makes it work. we even tried to do

there is the theme image carousel which is practically useless. it is stuck on thumbnail and only shows thumbnails. i changed styles, i fixed the image size, anything i could do, it does not work as a carousel.

of c, i can use slider – but i want a lighter element on the page for a simple carousel.

right now we have done some custom css and js to get around it – but will be glad to have the update.

don’t know if it is relevant, but our developer commented: “so I see that images are reaching the browser and everything is in place however every carousel item has the CSS visibility: hidden ideally one item should have visibility: visible”

maybe he is looking in the wrong place, but just leaving it here if it helps. ignore otherwise.

I am having problems with the WPBakery Page Builder Plugin included in the Consulting theme, since I made the purchase the plugin was in version 8.0 and so far it will not let me update it, currently the prulgin is in version 8.4 and I have not yet been able to update it and I am already having problems with the mobile version of the website in the part of the banner and the menu button and I am afraid that it is related to that lack of update, I have already written to support and they have not given me an answer

No Idea why this theme as such a good reviews. I’m using WPbakery and it has so many bugs. I just changed the testimonials and all pages that have the testimonial widget give a 500 error. For the differents post types they even don’t have revisions… And don’t say I have to contact support, the first time they even understood the question about the revisions. A basic function that was not available…

I installed this theme on an existing website and now my price estimator no longer works. The price estimator is using a plugin called “WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder”. If I activate a different theme it works fine, but when I activate consulting it simply won’t go to the 2nd step. Any idea why? I really want to use this theme

I am trying to activate the theme which I originally bought a couple of years ago but the hosting expired on the test site and I never finished it so I am ready to use the theme again so I downloaded a copy but I cannot access the Stylemix support area. I am trying to do a password reset but there is no password reset email coming through and so I keep going round in circles. Proving to be very frustrating because if I log in with my other email address it says the theme has already been activated but you should be able to see by the domain name the site is long gone. Please help me fix it. I have no other way of getting in touch with you since everything is email/password protected but the recovery password email is not reaching me!!

I tried to change the header by selecting header style in Theme Options > Header > Main. But the change does not appear on the website. Even the custom logo uploaded is not reflecting on the website.
