The bundled plugin Slider Revolution just had a high severity security issue reported by Patchstack – Slider Revolution plugin 7.0.0-7.0.10 – 7.0.10 – Authenticated (Subscriber+) Arbitrary File Upload vulnerability.

Slider Revolution now requires a license with the 7.0 version. On WordPress after going to TheFox > Install Plugins and clicking on Update for Slider Revolution, which is listed as Requires Update from 6.7.35 to 7.0.3 it broke my sliders and removed them all from my website. I was able to restore my website back but after looking into Slider Revolution, it now requires an annual subscription and the one-time license is no longer offered and will be cancelled. Is there a fix for this? Because for now, I am not updating the Slider Revolution to 7.0.3 because my slides will stop working.

I bought this theme years ago. How can I find out which site my license is linked to? I can’t submit a support request because I bought it so long ago.

Since TheFox has not been updated since July 29, 2025, the included WP Bakery Page Builder is unfortunately quite outdated and contains several vulnerabilities.

Hi, I’m unable to access the content of my custom header in WPBakery lately. All is up to date, php8.2/8.3 tested too, it’s loading and never display the content in the backoffice. Any other purchaser got this? and fixed it?

My support is expired and hence I am not able to raise ticket as well. What I want is only to know which site have my license code registered and how can I remove it. Our question is concerning autoplay of post videos: We want to use own videos in posts (instead of youtube) and uploaded it to “Format Options”, additionally we defined a post image. Problem is, that the video always has autoplay active, how can we prevent this?

Hello, I have tried numerous times to deregister TheFox theme on a domain name because we are switching domains for the theme while we redesign the website offsite but even after the license has been deregistered when I try to register it on the new domain name it says “The purchase code already has been registered. Could you deregister purchase code on the another domain and try again.” Can you help with this. Your support system will not let me submit a ticket due to support being expired. The domain name we are trying to deregister on is https://exexp.com/. Thank you in advance for your help. Happy to give any other details needed.

Page builder hasn’t been updated since September. Several versions out of date. Are we getting an update any time soon?

Hi, very nice theme, but unfortunately I have a problem. I would like to import Agency 5. But with all the imports I try, the system does not import any pictures and does not create the menus.

This also applies to all other images from the import. Product images, profile images, header images, news Features images, rating images etc.

Do you have a tip for me? This is a brand new WP installation and no other plugin is active. I can therefore rule out a conflict with an existing plugin. Thank you very much!
