When I search my published pages in the dashboard the search feature does not work and bring up one page I am looking for. If I search facelift, nothing happens even though I have a page for facelift. It also doesn’t work when I am trying to build a menu and have to search through the published pages. Is anyone else having this issue?

I just tested this setting, and it works correctly on my end. Please ensure you’re using the latest version of the theme and the Upsoluion Core plugin. Also, check if the relevant Row doesn’t have other colors specified via the Design settings of the Column, Row, or via custom CSS.

I just checked, and it works correctly on my end. I assume there must be two possible reasons for the issue: 1) a temporary connection issue, which you can check by giving it another try. 2) your site is blocking requests coming from/to https://help.us-themes.com/ site. This might be due to security plugins or hosting-side settings. Please check the security plugin settings or contact your hosting provider regarding this issue.

Create a new Grid Layout at Templates > Grid Layouts. Use the Templates button to import the needed layout and apply adjustments to the relevant element(s). After this, use your new Grid Layout in the Carousel > Appearance settings.

I’ve received the test drive, but the login with the provided credentials isn’t working. Also: - Demo import: Can I import any of the 500 demos individually and fully (layout, placeholders, settings)?
- Fonts: Can I change all fonts post-import without extra plugins or a Pro upgrade?
License: Any restrictions on images/icons or modules that require paid add-ons?
How can the test drive be made to “run”? Or is it no longer supported?
If the test drive with the user name and PW does not work: I would also buy the theme, but if it doesn’t work, I would return it if we can’t use it.

I just checked the test drive, and it worked for me. Try starting a new one if the credentials are not working. If you wish to test other demo sites, reset the test site to a default state (for example, with the “WP Reset” plugin). After this, you should be able to import another demo. When you import a demo, all images will be replaced with placeholders due to respective ownership rights for the images. You can change fonts and content as you like using relevant theme settings and tools.

If you used default WPBakery elements (without plugins adding extra elements or modifying existing ones), everything should work fine. You can create a free Test Drive site with Impreza and check how the transition will work before you purchase the theme.

By default, the Theme’s code is compatible with these rules and standards. Some issues might be due to the content and settings, for example, a color scheme that does not have enough contrasting color combinations. These are to be fixed by the site editor.
Our developers resolve any compatibility issues related to the theme code in case they appear.

This option is already available at the List Filter > Appearance > Orientation settings. Please check if you’re using the latest version of the Theme and Upsolution Core plugin.
Yes. I use impreza frequently, so I tried the vertical option on 4 different sites. Wouldn’t display vertically on any instance. (Yes, theme and Upsolution up to date.) So, assumed it was bugging or feature wasn’t in place, as yet.

Hey, guys, quick question.
I have a Carousel of images and in the Grid Layout I’ve set the link to “Open Image in a Popup”. The problem is: when I open an image in a popup, I can’t navigate left-right anymore. So I have to close the popup and come back to the carousel in order to navigate to the next image.
Can I open the image in a popup and then continue navigating in that popup, with all the images fullscreen?

I just checked the Carousel element, and it works correctly on my end, allowing you to list elements opened in a popup. Please ensure you’re using the latest version of the Theme. Also, if you use the “Optimize JS and CSS size” option at Theme Options > Advanced, click Auto Optimize to ensure all needed styles are loading correctly.

I was doing it wrong, indeed. I was setting the “open image in popup” option in the Grid (in Grid Layouts) instead of the overriding option in the Carousel.
And the grid itself couldn’t have had any ‘knowledge’ of the carousel outside of it, that’s why there was no navigation for the popup images.

Please switch to the List Filter + Post List elements instead of Grid Filter + Grid. It should resolve the issue.
[BUG] Impreza 8.35 has some issues with WP 6.8 in the WP Bakery Page Builder.
The icons on row component have alignment issues on hover and also seem to be cut from the left side.

Okay thanks for the update. I can see it’s fixed. However, the check for updates button on the Theme About page is not working now. When I click that button, the page just refreshes but nothing happens.
Reactivating the theme should resolve the issue. Please give it a try.
