Hello, I am evaluating your theme for an upcoming automotive project and need to clarify its exact database architecture for mobile app integration. Could you please answer the following questions directly?
1. Vehicle Data Architecture: Are vehicles created as native, standard WooCommerce Products, or does the theme rely on a Custom Post Type (CPT) and custom meta fields for inventory management?
2. Attribute Mapping (Taxonomies): Do vehicle technical specs (e.g., Mileage, Fuel Type, Year, Condition) utilize native WooCommerce Attributes/Taxonomies? If I query the standard WooCommerce REST API (/wp-json/wc/v3/products), will these fields be completely visible in the payload response out-of-the-box?
3. Dynamic Search Filter: Does your homepage “Year/Make/Model” search widget filter standard WooCommerce product attributes, or does it run on a proprietary search engine built specifically for the theme?
4. Auction Plugin Compatibility: Is the theme fully compatible with the WooCommerce Simple Auctions plugin? Will its bidding forms and countdown timers render properly on your vehicle detail page layouts without breaking layout containers?
5. Elementor & Multi-Language: Is the vehicle detail page layout fully editable via Elementor (or Elementor Pro Single Product Templates)? Does the theme officially support WPML / Polylang for translating all custom vehicle fields?

2. Since they are a CPT they don’t store any vehicle data in WooCommerce.
3. Unfortunately same as #2 since they aren’t store in WooCommerce this isn’t applicable.
4. Not compatible out of box.
5. It does support WPML but not fully editable with Elementor.

It looks like you don’t have the Automotive Listings plugin activated. Once you reactivate it that should fix your problem.
If you disabled it for optimization because you aren’t using the listing / inventory functionality you can deactivate that functionality under Theme Options >> General Settings >> Listing Features Deactivation

The option Theme Options >> General Settings >> Listing Features Deactivation will only appear if you have the Automotive Listings plugin activated. If you are still not seeing it, make sure you are using the latest version of the theme and Automotive Listings plugin, maybe you have an older version prior to us adding this feature.
hi ,first of all sorry for my poor english i am trying to import elementor demo but pages are installed wpbakery format live page have some codes seen inside and when try to edit pages in elementor it does not happen because content is not compatible with elementor

It sounds like you have imported the WPBakery demo content. In this case it would be best to re-do the installation process and import the Elementor demo content. You can trigger this again by de-activating the theme and re-activating it.
Despite following your instructions to reactivate the theme and re-install the demo package using the Elementor option, the issue persists. The content is still being loaded for the WPBakery plugin, and I’m seeing blurry placeholder images instead of the original media files.”
Similar to most themes on ThemeForest, photos are not included with your theme purchase. The blurred out images are just placeholders that are meant to be replaced with images of your inventory / brand / products.
If you need further assistance installing the demo content you will need to renew your support on ThemeForest and open a Support Ticket including temporary login details to your website so we can investigate further.

Unfortunately, the current issue is not a result of a mistake on my part or an extra request; it is a technical failure within the theme itself. Therefore, I do not find it reasonable to pay for a support ticket to fix a problem that I did not cause.
Although my server meets all the requirements for your theme, the Elementor demo simply refuses to load correctly. This is why I am reaching out for your assistance. I believe that if you provide a clear, step-by-step solution here, I will be able to resolve this issue.

On the Demo Content step of the install process, are you sure that you are clicking to select the Elementor Demo Content? You have to click the image so it gets highlighted in blue, otherwise the default WPBakery demo content will install.
At this screen:
.. make sure you are clicking the image so it highlights it in blue. After you click it, it should look like this:
Please carefully note the difference between the 2 images. We are going to improve this in the next release so it is easier to understand and less chance of making a mistake.
We have just released an update to make this easier and prevent this from happening by mistake, if you update to the latest version you shouldn’t experience this issue again

and a new problem for me is translation problem in elentor also wb bakery contact information titles are in english and i coulnd translate theme in turkish for example address title i want to write adres
You can translate the PO files using Poedit or something similar, this is covered in the documentation.

I have Automotive version: 13.3.2 as theme and child theme. It no longer accepting automatic updates. Let me know process for updating theme
In Automotive theme v13.3+ and Automotive Listings plugin v18.5.1+ we changed the authentication method to keep it working with the changes at Envato.
Assuming you have at least those versions or greater on both the theme and plugin, you should be able to just paste in your purchase code under Theme Options >> Update Settings to reactivate it.
If you are down-level on either one, you can also download the latest versions directly off of ThemeForest under the Downloads tab in your account and manually update them, and then add the purchase code for future automatic updates.
If for some reason your installation URL has changed you may also need to reset your license to reactivate it, here are the instructions on how to do that: https://support.themesuite.com/kb/faq.php?id=15

Trying to reset my license, because it’s set to ouw development domain and not the production domain. I tried to login on your support site and pressed the link “Reset License” behind my Product but I received an error saying: “There was an error trying to reset this purchase code”. I then tried to open a ticket but I’m refused to enter a ticket because support has ended. I need to contact you to get my license to be reset. How can I reset so we can enter the license code to the correct domain link?

While viewing the live preview, I noticed the Carfax link is rendering in the title section on the listing page. Without searching through your temp demo area, there is of course an easy way to place that Carfax link/image in a smarter location like the side column, you know, where the vin number is, without writing CSS or editing a php file, right?
Looks funny, especially on mobile devices. Looks like the car model is named Carfax!

Interesting, Strange how you’ve overlooked this. Just click on live preview, then close the top section, then click on Inventory. Select boxed view wide, then select an automobile. The Carfax link remains inline with the title at top section of the listing. Sometimes, depending on title length, device and resolution, etc. The Carfax wraps and appears all the way to the left. This happens in Chrome, Firefox and Opera.
Again, I’m sure you have an easy fix for this. I would just like to know what it is before purchase. I’d also hope it is not something that you have to do every time you create a listing.
I’ve been using Motors for my clients and moving the Carfax info is easy. You can put it anywhere. As I mentioned, the perfect place would be near the VIN on the side. Let me know if you still need screen caps. Thank you.
Thank you for the detailed explanation, now I understand what you are referring to. You are correct, the Carfax logo appears in the top area to the right of the title, though it doesn’t overlap it. Adjusting its position would require custom code, as there isn’t a built-in option for this in the theme.
If you’re looking for more flexibility, there’s a third-party company that offers a premium Inventory Management System compatible with our Automotive theme. It can be used as an upgrade to replace the bundled Automotive Listings plugin and provides full control over template customization. Unfortunately, that level of customization isn’t available with the included plugin.

So, purchase your theme, then purchase some third party software in the “hope” that it might create a much needed feature, that should’ve always been available?
Yeah, that’s a bridge too far.
As I mentioned, I’ve been using Motors theme for clients, and it allows for a plethora of customization, but it is very bloated and moves ridiculously slow for both the admin section and site visitors. Was hoping Automotive might work better as it seems faster, but with your solution, we might be back to bloated.
I think you should find out the specific fix for this (avoid using absolute positioning), post it here for current users, and add it to the live theme demo. Quick, easy, no bloat!

We appreciate your feedback and your suggestion to include Carfax portability within the Automotive Listings plugin. We’re always looking for ways to improve our products, and I’ve added your idea to our list of Feature Requests for future consideration.
Regarding your comment about the third-party system, I can personally confirm that it works very well. I’ve tested it myself, and it allows you to build fully custom layouts and templates for everything using a page builder, including the inventory search and vehicle detail pages. It’s also very lightweight, letting you enable only the features you need so there’s no unnecessary bloat. I can probably arrange for you to try a pre-purchase test copy if you would like to try it yourself.

How to add more then 52 items to Engines?
You should be able to add an unlimited number of terms to categories, there are no limits. It sounds like you have something else going on causing some sort of issue.

How to Link Models to Makes? By default, these operate independently, but a model depends on the make and doesn’t exist on its own. As a result, we get a messy collection of unrelated records when sorting. This is inconvenient for both visitors and moderators when adding cars – hundreds of entries where it’s difficult to quickly find the needed model or make.
The Make and Model automatically get linked together. I’m not sure why you would have a messy collection of unrelated records. Please open a Support Ticket with more information about your website and admin access so we can have a look at what the situation is. Thanks!
The single page social icons only include Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest. Possible to add Instagram and other icons?
The easiest thing to add / remove different social icons on the Single Listing page is to remove your sidebar widget for this under Appearance >> Widgets, and then use a plugin such as Social Media Share Buttons to customize whatever social sharing options you want to include in that sidebar area
has anyone found that when they try and use the included importer or WPALLImport some custom listing category fields don’t actually get updated and you have to go into the listing categories and manually insert the terms one by one? in order for the automotive search function to actually work correctly it’s VERY annoying! anyone found a fix for this?
WP All Import does not currently support adding terms to our listing categories directly. While we store all terms and categories separately from the imported listings, all the relevant data is housed in the same database and is fully accessible and writable. However, unless WP All Import has introduced new functionality since we last reviewed it, achieving this integration would still require custom code.
