Sorry but I’m a bit confused, the template can be used only for 1 site? I thought when you buy a template you can applied in all your projects as long as you have the purchase code.

I’m not sure if it’s an autoupdate, but my theme broke overnight and backups don’t fix the problem.

When the import is done, you receive a “View post” link. At the moment, you can find “Elements” post type in your WordPress left side panel. This post should be there.

I’m trying to control my site’s appearance entirely with Elementor Templates. However, the template design I’ve assigned works on pages but not on my blog posts (block articles). The default block layout remains active and I can’t deactivate it.
What I’ve already checked:
Elementor version: ____
Theme and child theme: ____
Template assignment for posts enabled in Elementor → Templates → Theme Builder
My questions:
Is there a setting to disable the default block design for posts?
Do I need to create or modify a separate template specifically for blog posts?
Are posts in the Gutenberg editor treated differently than pages, and if so, how can I apply the template design uniformly?

I was using my license for the domain for which I had bought it, but it was locked saying that you are using it in other domains while those domains are neither mine nor are they are using this theme.

I got the license and was using it for 8 years but today these people locked my license saying that you are using this code on 5 other domains while those 4 out of 5 domains are not mine.I told them in your support that these are not my domains and my license is used only on one domain, unlock it on that and delete all other domains. Then their reply came that now it cannot be unlocked .This is a kind of cheating and who is responsible for this, this theme guy or theme forest . i will file a case against this company if they wont unlock my license or refund my money.

One question. I created a custom archive loop grid for my custom post types in ACF plugin. When I save my custom loop and set conditions to ALL Archive > review it, it reverts back to the themes archive. I went in and changed all the themes archive to > condition > No instances so they wont show.
I save my custom archive over and over and it still reverts back to the themes archive page. Am I missing something?

Hello! Our demo https://the7.io/#demos is an example of multiple pre-made websites functioning under the same domain. This is a multisite WordPress installation, where each demo is arranged as a subfolder.
If you mean importing multiple demos into a single WordPress installation, it can be done. But only in terms of page content. The skin (header, footer, colors, fonts) can be imported from one pre-made website at a time. Also, all chosen demos should be built with one and the same page builder.
Do you offer an enterprise version of the theme? Really enjoy it, using multiple licenses now and thinking of using it on more and wanted to know if there was a better way to do it than individual licenses.
Hi! I am afraid Envato does not offer a developer license. It is necessary to buy new copy of a theme for each new web-site. This is true about all ThemeForest themes, not just The7.
Hi, Is it possible to insert additional fields in the ‘Team Masonry and Grid’ element within the theme using ACF plugin? I need to display two fields under each team member’s name on the frontend. I’ve already created these two fields and included them in each team member profile post. But now I need a way to display both fields using the ‘Team Masonry and Grid’ and the ‘Team Carousel’ elements. Thanks.
