Updating the theme returns an error on my site. I have a valid purchase code, but its not letting me login on the support page.

Good morning, I’m getting the license back for our new project, I installed the new version but when I go to Theme Options > Demo importer it doesn’t import anything, I also tried via import but the folder indicated inc/data-demo/ is empty… how do I import a layout. Thanks

Unfortunately, the previous developer who provided support for the client has passed away, meaning the client no longer has access to re-download the theme installation file. Is there any way you could provide me with a new installation file for the theme so that I can update it? Unfortunately, when I try to do this through the CMS panel, a critical error appears on the WordPress platform.

Hi, I have Native Theme ver. 1.5.3 installed on a Multisite Wordpress Network, 18 websites, Wordpress ver. 6.6.2, PHP ver. 7.4.33. Everything works fine. But, if I try to update the theme via FTP (as indicated on https://nativewptheme.net/support/first-steps/native-theme-update) to the latest Native ver. 1.6.98, the result is a white screen. Then, if I come back to the Native Theme ver. 1.5.3, everything works fine again. Can you please help me? Best regards.

The latest theme update breaks two different sites running WP 6.7.2…I realized it was the theme after updating 2nd site. I see others are experiencing the same thing. I need help….thank you.

I have a lates theme installed and set up but the DFD extension is not getting updated, it’s still says update required, when i click on update it gives errors that the package cannot be installed.

How to fix this ?

The latest version of the DFD Native Theme was released with a bug and is not compatible with the latest WordPress version, causing the number of sites that we use this theme on to crash. As a result, we cannot update the theme on any sites that use it. Do you know when this bug will be fixed?

Elementor widget implementations are broken and out of date. This is the reason that without modifying things heavily, Elementor doesn’t load with DFD Native in place. You are using schemes which have long been deprecated and removed, and should be switched to globals instead. Does PHP version 8.1 work with Native theme? My website just went wacky and the host is saying it’s the theme.

Hi, I’ve got 6 licenses for Native, dating back to 2019. I’ve noticed that the updates used to happen fairly often, but now they are not. Can you tell me if you are winding down your support for this theme?

When I updated my theme to the latest version it stretches the website full width with no padding. The WPbakery row is set to boxed however its still stretching the rows. Any ideas?
