Yes, you can create a Header Template using Elementor Pro. Please note that if you use the Header Template from Elementor Pro, you will also need to create a Custom Footer Template in Elementor Pro.

Pls can you help me fix this. I want to use Inter font for body text and Open Sans for titles. But on the home page its only shows Inter, and not Open sans which is hat Ive set in the customizer.

The customise section for the footer of this theme no longer loads or opens and I’d like to edit the copyright date. Is there a workaround to this issue so that I can change the year of the copyright please?
The footer option just goes round and round but never loads. Is there a workaround to this bug?
If there is a way to bypass this error and edit it directly in the server files, please let me know and I will give it a try as the feature no longer works on this theme.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We have checked the issue and will provide a fix in the next update.
The issue occurs because the file name of your image uses Latin Extended characters (e.g., ì, ò, ù, etc.), like in “sin-título-2”.

Normally, WordPress automatically replaces these characters when uploading an image, for example, “sin-título-2” would be renamed to “sin-titulo-2”, using regular “i”.
For now, you can try replacing the image in WordPress with a new name that doesn’t contain Latin Extended characters if you want to fix this issue immediately.

We have visited your site and checked it, but the like and dislike buttons are working as expected. Please see the video in the link below.
If the issue persists on your end, you can try ensuring that you’ve cleared the cache, cookies, and data in your browser for that site. Another way is to check if the like/dislike buttons work by testing it in another browser, in private/incognito mode, or on another device’s browser.
As an alternative, we have the Disqus Comment and Facebook Comment features that you can implement, which include like and dislike options. You may want to try the Disqus comments to achieve this.

After I posted, I saw that you have an update to the theme. After updating to Version: 11.6.12, it seems that everything works ok.
I don’t want to install those plugins for commenting. I think that option should be included in the JNews Like plugin, with the possibility of activating/deactivating it in articles and comments, and of course, the possibility of editing!
Yes, it seems I was happy for nothing; the problem reappeared! But I found out what causes the problem.
I use the option to open external links in a new tab. I use code to avoid activating 5 billion plugins, as WordPress requires. I tried the option to add code in footer.php:

The problem remains. The curious thing is that until 3-4 months ago, both options worked perfectly! I installed External Links in New Window / New Tab, and it works, but we will end up installing 30,000 billion plugins for optimal functioning! You can also filter the list of posts displayed based on the Sponsored Post feature using the “JNews – Module,” “JNews – Hero,” “JNews – Slider,” or “JNews – Carousel” elements.
For adding rounded corners to post images or thumbnails, you can do so by adding Custom CSS. Our support team can assist you in achieving this.

Hi I have two questions. Theme already have few options for seo and cache optimizer. I have installed RankMath for SEO and WP-Rocket for cache. Will it create conflict with the theme and Google?

You can use the Rank Math SEO plugin and WP Rocket plugin with the JNews theme. You will need to adjust the settings in both plugins and perform trial and testing.
Regarding SEO, we have the JNews – Meta Header plugin and the JNews – JSON-LD plugin. You can disable these plugins if you’re using another SEO plugin like Rank Math SEO.

The Instagram Access Token is expired, Go to the Customizer > JNews : Social, Like & View > Instagram Feed Setting, to refresh it.

You can try purging the cache in the menu “JNews -> Customize Style -> Social Like & View -> Instagram Feed Setting”. If purging the cache doesn’t work, you can try reconnecting your account on the same page. Please see the image below.

I am using static page for my homepage and added multiple module in the page and i have filtered the content of the each block to support only one category but the filter is not working as expected, it is displaying excluded category as well.
I have made sure none of my post has multiple category but still filtering is not working.
Also i have created archive template for the category pages & added archive blocks only. I have set the global category to use this template but same problem despite being in one category page, post with other category are also displaying. I am trying everything since 2 days but nothing is working, please help to look into it ASAP. My release is stopped because of this stupid issue.

I have recently changed the domain for my site is it because of that ? Also after changing the domain my jnews dashboard says “Opps! Your License is Invalid We notice that your license is invalid, please update your license to get full potential of JNews.”
When i click on “Update licence” it redirects me to authorization page & when i click on approve it redirects me back to wordpress site again. What is wrong there ??
