Hi, Hope you can help me. I installed a new SEO template. One of the elements is Edit Case Services External Slider, I can see a few differences between the one it shows in the demo and the one I have on my website. I can’t find the option main colour from and main colour to in my edit case services external slider, and it shows feature image in my version, which I don’t see in the SEO template. I have updated the core plugin. I am using template version 2.9.6. If I have to update the template, will it override all the settings in the theme option? Also similar issue with the edit case heading. I don’t see the icon option under sub title , instead it shows sub subdivider image. Please help . Thank you

However, I just need clarification on one point: why are some features missing from my current version of the theme/Elementor/core theme?
For example:
I don’t see Style 11 or Style 12 when editing elements like the case heading – the options stop at Style 10.
There’s no icon option under the subtitle settings; instead, I only see a sub-subdivider image. I’m unable to find the option to change the icon color, specifically the “main color from” and “main color to” settings, in the Edit Case Services External Slider section. Additionally, my version displays the featured image, which I don’t see in your latest SEO template.
Have some features been changed or removed in the latest templates? If so, what do I need to do in order to access these newer features—do I need to switch to the latest template version?

I haven’t heard back from you yet, and unfortunately, I’ve now run into another issue. Since updating the theme, my header is completely messed up and some pages are displaying the theme’s default logo.
I didn’t make any changes other than updating the theme, but now:

Hi, I’ve had the theme for over a year now, and everything’s fine. I haven’t needed to update the site information in almost 9 months. But now that I need to make some updates, Elementor slows down and asks me to enter Safe Mode. I’ve disabled plugins and found that the Redux Framework is causing the error. Thanks, everything’s up to date. I continued testing and found it’s related to the browser, in this case Safari on an iMac running Sequoia. I tried it from Firefox, and Elementor runs correctly there.

Yes, I bought this theme a few years ago. It has expired. I have everything updated . The only thing, I can see pro plugin needs to be updated. When I am trying to edit a page, I can open a page, see all the sections etc, but when click to edit a specific section or column, it keeps scrolling. Appreciate your help ! Thank you
When you use the theme, you just need to use the free version to edit pages with Elementor. The theme does not require you to install the Pro version.

Since the last update the colour scheme is messed up. In my customizer alle the main colours are different blue colours, but there are many red colour now in the website and I don’t know where they come from.
Like here https://consulting-group-stuttgart.de/firmenverkauf/ the a:active or .ct-heading .item—sub-title.style1::before etc.It is all set to be in the theme.css.
I don’t have support anymore but I feel this is a theme issue, that needs to be addressed.

Nice theme. BUT. We had in in construction mode for a few months building it and waiting for client artwork etc. The moment it went live it got hacked, and we have been battling since. The neuron builder is vulnerable and it creates its own sub directory with scripts. I feel that we should be compensated somehow or you can have a look at the site and fix your theme loopholes for hackers.
AND PLEASE DONT TELL ME TO RENEW MY SUPPORT LICENSE. THIS IS YOUR THEME AT FAULT!

Hello, I cannot submit my question because I receive the message: “Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired. You will need to extend support or purchase a new license.” However, I purchased this template less than a year ago, and this issue is due to a malfunction on your end. I don’t think I should have to pay an additional €23 for support just to fix a basic functionality issue like closing the mobile menu, which should be working properly by default. I find it completely unreasonable to have to pay again for support when I have already purchased the template, especially for an issue that is clearly a fault on your end. I don’t understand how it’s even possible to install a site and not be able to close the menu on mobile. On top of that, I’ve seen other users mentioning the same issue, which confirms that this is a problem with your code.
Charging nearly the same price as the original template just to fix a basic functionality that should work from the start feels like a scam. By responding to my comment and actually providing a solution, you could help many other users facing the same problem. But since you refuse to take responsibility, I won’t be paying for something that should already work—I’ll leave a negative review on your support instead and find my own workaround.

I just purchased your theme called Consultio. I installed the demo from the demos available here ( https://demo.casethemes.net/consultio-corporate1/ )
But the style and colors are Red, not Blue. Even though I changed the Primary and Secondary colors to blue under the Colors menu in the theme settings, it still turns red.
