Is your booking engine compatible with YITH WooCommerce Affiliates plugin or you have an inbuilt affiliate system ?

Hi, when we disable the site loader, the page opens up with a black background. if we enable Loader/Spinner,r the cache plugins do not work, and it keeps spinning. Please update your theme, which is loaded normally with no black background or weird things

Hello, I have 2 tickets open in your support area but no answers. The first ticket is of June 16th, never answered. I just opened the second ticket today.

I had to reinstall on the same domain, and now it no longer recognizes the license. I opened a ticket three days ago, and no one has responded yet. Should I report it to Envato to find out why my license was canceled? Please follow up on the tickets, as the money I paid was valid. Thank you.

Hello, I have a very serious issue after i update to version 4.2.6 The plugin “Hotel Booking” is not there any more and the system refuse to install it! it gives me this error: “The package could not be installed. Hello, I didnt change anything on my website, juste edit a global template : footer and then i have a bug with english version (wpml). My header on homepage is not transparent anymore. I dont know how it works to manage global template with header menu. Should we go on editing english version of global template and specific english version of pages we want ? It looks like Latest release 4.2.6 is not compatible with the latest versions of Elementor. IF I try to edit a page with Elementor 3.28, the widgets sidebar keeps spinning and it’s not possible to edit/add widgets.

I’ve downgraded Elementor to 3.25 and everything works as expected. I’m happy to renew my support as long as there’s an assurance that the theme is being maintained.

Your latest release says FIXED – Elementor 3.26 Compatibility, but there’s a known Cross-site Scripting vulnerability (Affected Version <= 3.18.3).

Are you planning to release a new theme version ASAP?
