But when I watch your YouTube videos, we see another builder on a black background? Can you confirm that with the Digital Marketing-2 demo, I can use Elementor to modify the header, footer, and other demo content? thanks regards

Hello, I installed the wpml plugin but some fields are not translated. In your theme settings, there is a button in the header section and I need to make this button both in English and Albanian. I can’t do it. I also have the same problem in the footer section. How can I solve this problem?​

In this update (4.9.16) that I downloaded from themeforest.com, unfortunately only the xtra-child is available in the Theme folder. Thank you for an immediate correction of the update folder for the 11 May 2025 Release.

For the cart block, does the theme allow editing the appearance? Couldn’t find it in docs, nor tutorials.

It’s needed for translation and additional stuff as well. Let me know before I buy another license.

Are you aware there is a bug with the most recent update and WP Bakery. When you add 2 rows below each other, within 1 row, the format is distorted and the edit row options fall off to the right… oddly, it fixes itself if you ad a ‘gap element’ between them.

I am using your theme on my WordPress website (rosehane.com) and have implemented WPML for Arabic translation. However, I encountered an issue where numbers are being displayed in the Indian numeral system instead of standard English numerals.

I have tried the following solutions, but the issue persists:

Changing the font settings. Adding custom CSS to force English numerals. Checking WPML language settings. It seems like the issue might be related to a theme setting that enforces Indian numerals when Arabic is selected. Could you please guide me on how to override this behavior and display standard English numerals instead?

But I can’t choose WP bakery builder in option.

When using the ‘boxed’ layout, why is the background colour not white? I’ve set all of the settings to #ffffff but it’s still off-white, not white, so because the main body background of the rest of the site is #ffffff you can see there is a difference between them!

We bought Xtra a couple of years ago. Then, it was not available for sale so we got one of those for free themes demo from you. Later on, we were able to buy couple of licenses at the website.

The issue is that we are not able to update this free demo, so we would like to assign one of the two licenses we have available right now, but we haven’t found anything that will allow us to do that.

Should we do a backup and then install the theme again so we can add a license #?
