I’m exploring the possibility of using this template to build a service marketplace similar to Fiverr or Upwork. I’d like to know if it’s suitable for a platform where freelancers can:
Create their own profiles and list services
Offer fixed pricing packages (Basic, Standard, Premium)
Handle orders, payments, and client communication directly through the platform
Additionally, I’m interested in offering services like construction or other larger tasks where the price can’t be set upfront. In these cases, is it possible to:
Allow clients to post a custom task request
Withhold funds securely (as escrow or similar)
Release the funds once the job is completed and approved?
Would this require heavy customization, or is this something the template can support or be adapted for?

Funds are indeed distributed only when both sides agree that project is completed but this feature works only with Stripe Split Payment

In resume manager it has an option to:
Add a resume using the listing form and create an account at the same time (email and password fields are at the top of listing form).
This doesn’t seem to work with the theme. Is there anyway to get this working?

Hi, thanks for your reply. My questions wasn’t about emails. I would like to be able to have the sign up process: fill out resume form > add email and password at same time (as is an option with the resume manager plugin) > go to account and choose package. I tried but selecting the option in resume manager to create account at same time as filling out form doesn’t work. Thank you.
Hi again, is it possible for https://workscout.in/submit-resume/ to be shown before the user has to register an account? The option in resume manger seems to do this seems not to work. Is there a hook that can be added to resolve it?
You’d need to switch Page Template on that page to regular page, if it’s Dashboard Page then it will always require user to login first

Yes it could. You can use any payment gateway that works with WooCommerce however keep in mind that split payments (where part of payment goes to you as a commission and part to listing owner) is only possible with stripe. How can we activate the transparent header on blog pages?
Also, I activated it on Job pages but it didn’t take effect on the main job page (only single pages) and also the logo doesn’t change to the transparent header logo
Transparent header is not available on blog pages.
Can you ask your developers why they think it’s okay to have a website where you can’t have a consistent header?
Eg it doesn’t work on job pages or blog pages?
Also on the job pagesm, the transparent header logo is not showing (this is a bug to be fixed please )
The only place you should use a transparent header is on the homepage, so what kind of inconsistency are we talking about
In your theme option, you let me add a transparent header per page, which is good. I want it on my entire site, which is perfect practice to have a website like this (for example, even https://docs.purethemes.net hasa transparent header on all pages). You have built a way to make it transparent for jobs pages (but it is not working with the correct logo) but then did not add option to do this for blog pages. So it’s inconsistent and I am not able to do what I need. I hope that makes sense, and at least you can please fix the bug where the transparent logo is not working on job pages?
We do not plan adding transparent header support for every single page.This option is reserved for homepage with picture in hero section. In recent version as far as I remember there is even no transparent header in single job page at least it isn’t enabled by default, no one use it.

As I said, there is no support for transparent header on other pages than homepage and it should not be sued there. If you want header in different color than white it’s better idea to use default non-transparent header and modifying its color via CSS styling (links color, background).

You do support it because its built in to your theme options and settings but it doesn’t work – its called a bug

I’m just being honest about the transparent header. I guess you’d prefer an answer where I say we’ll fix it and then the fix never actually happens? Transparent header for single job page was used back in 2020 maybe and we just forgot to remove this option (no one ever before bothered us about that so it’s still there). Since then we changed header structure and modified a lot of things.
There are better solutions to modify header background and text color if you wish I can provide CSS snippet

Can the candidates’ source come from recruiters or direct applicants?
Can we restrict recruiter A to view candidates from recruiter B?

Hello, pre-sales question: How are subscriptions handled for Employers? We want an auto-renew subscription for employers to create job listings. But we do not want to have to use Woocommerce subscriptions plugin, which costs 5x the cost of the theme itself every single year and is a complete ripoff, aside from Woocommerce support issues alone. So, how can we do subscriptions for Employers? Would like to be able to have their job auto-renew every month for a set fee.
Without that plugin recurring payments are not possible, sorry.
