OK, I found this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_isUOP-ILds. According to the video (check at 1:00), it should be possible to add a % discount to Frequently bought together products. So is it not actually possible, and is the video misleading?

Yes, you can set a fixed discount for each product when the bundle is purchased. But it will not depend on the quantity.
