Hello, I’m having a problem I don’t understand. I wrote three articles and added my categories and tags, and the articles aren’t appearing on the News page. Then I remembered one of the template categories I had deleted and added it: “Business.” My post automatically appeared with the Business category applied. Where can I edit which categories appear or not on my News page? Thank you. Greetings.

Hello, We are using Teams that is built into the Gem theme with an Elementor page. The Teams grid is automatically aligning the grid to be align left. We can’t find a way to set the Teams grid to align centered. That way when the last row has 2 grid items of the 4 columns, we would like the 2 grid items to be centered, not left aligned. Is there is a way to set those grid items to be centered in the columns? Hi, I’m one of your customers. Just a quick question, don’t want to go through the whole support ticket. If I simple deactivate the slider in plugins, will front page be good and fine? I have no problem adding blocks and templates to the page content, except the newsletter templates, which give this error message each time, even though all plugins and installed and activated, and the mailchimp plugin is already connected to the API – Any suggestions? Thanks - “To insert this block please install and activate Easy Forms for Mailchimp” plugin first, then save and reload your page.” PS. is the code for the newsletter templates in the demo anywhere, so I could copy the code to my site?

Where can I download the TheGem Blocks (for Elementor)

I get the following error when installing via Wordpress: The plugin does not have a valid header.

I have 2 licenses and would like to deactivate them both. TheGem License Manager says both are incorrect.

Please help. Better yet, just deactivate them for me

First, I will say I love the theme and have purchased three licenses and have plans to purchase two more. However, since the latest update, my fonts look fine in Elementor, but are completely different on the front end. After some testing, it seems the theme’s font styles are superseding those defined in Elementor; and, despite attempts to deactivate this option within the Elementor settings, the checkbox remains activated after saving. The only way I can fix this is by specifying fonts in The Gem settings, which prevents having different fonts for different pages (something I need on my site). I’m not sure if this is done purposely or if there’s a conflict, but it has altered the look of my entire website.

I’m only stating this here because I submitted a ticket and received a response that nothing was wrong, but the issue is reproducible on multiple devices. Hopefully, this helps you identify the issue for a future update, but for now, I’ll try to find a solution myself.

I purchased this theme a while ago and yes my support period is over but I just decided to use the theme now. I have been getting issues on my site with resource limit reached when I have barely used any resource. The host provider thinks it has something to do with the theme and I’m not sure what the issue is.

I have a quick question – how can I edit the heading of the Default Filter which appears on mobile phone? See screenshots. This heading only shows when the screen size changes to mobile version. I cannot find an option to change it within the Post Category Grid settings.

Love the theme, but tonight I updated the Theme to the latest version, along with all of the plugins and now I cannot edit any of my elementor pages. I have even tried creating a new page, but elementor doesnt load.

I have sent you a email on your support page with my purchase code Theme Version: 5.10.3 Elementor Version: 3.28.4

No plugins are needing any updates – all ones that come with the theme have been updated. Has anyone else had this problem or know what to do?

I’m unsure how to proceed or what to ask Bluehost to check further. Could you please confirm whether these warnings are related to a known issue with the theme, or if they stem from a compatibility problem (PHP 8.2 + WordPress Current version: 6.8.1)

Any insight or guidance you could provide would be greatly appreciated, as we are trying to restore stability to the site as soon as possible.

I checked all the downloads and none contain those plugins, I also tried to click on the update button for both of them and neither would update as well, it also doesn’t list them in the plugin for either site as a plugin or as needing to be updated?

Any ideas?

I purchased your product in September. I see my registration license in my Themeforest download area, however, when I try to log into your system to see my active licenses my username / registration number are not recognized. Can you please help me get logged in to remove my registration from my staging site to my live site?
