We bought the theme and we are enjoying it. However we encounter some issues. We’re using Elementor to build pages and we imported the Classified Five demo.
1 – Pricing plans don’t work properly
We’ve used the business product that already exists in the demo. We’ve put a Number of 3 Slots for this. In the configuration, a basic user can create 1 free ads. after creating the first free ad, the user should subscribe to a pricing plan. For example by susbcribing to the business pricing plan, the user should have the capâbility to add 3 more ads but for us it’s only 2. We don’t know why.
2- Translate the entire website into French
The website is for a French-speaking country. So, is it possible to translate the whole website into french? should we use a plugin or do you have a specific plugin to manage this?
3 – Customize the form for creating listing (auto parts)
We created a new listing (auto parts). We have added unique categories and custom taxonomies for this new listing. Now we would like to create a submit listing form but we don’t understand the documentation. Are there any videos? by submitting an auto parts via the front-end. a user should just add images, a title, pick a type (category), the condition and then add a description. how can we configure this?

We purchased the theme on May 20, 2025. We aim to set up a marketplace for vehicles and auto parts in Algeria. We are using the Classified Five demo.
1. Creation of a Specific Listing Submission Form for Auto Parts From the existing listing types, we created the “auto parts” listing. We found listings for “motorcycles” and “aircrafts.”
The submission form for auto parts ads will be very different from the vehicle form. It will only have the following fields: title, condition (new, used, reconditioned), type, price, images, and description. We have created the following unique categories: condition / type / price. We would like to know how to create this specific listing form for the auto parts listing. Is it possible to know how we can do it?
By following that link, we discovered how to edit the form, which appears to be the same for all listings.

‘STM Motors Extends’ the plugin updated but some time its not updating currectly we need to do multiple times. however, when we activated the plugin, we can’t list any page in search console more over its generating unknown links. so when we deactivate it, the all functions will working smoothly. im sure the plugin have affected malware or something in your new updation, kindly check and give me fastest fixing

While it’s technically possible to customize the layout, I wouldn’t recommend changing the current design. Both the desktop and mobile layouts were carefully crafted with user convenience in mind, ensuring easy and quick browsing of listings.
Altering the view might make it less comfortable for users to navigate. If you still wish to proceed, you could consider make changes using custom CSS in the Appearance – Customize – Additional CSS section, but I’d suggest testing it thoroughly with your audience first.

Is there any reason why a legitimate licensed version of the theme won’t update WPBakery Page Builder through the motors plugins dashboard, all other premium plugins do like slider rev.

All the plugins, which are not free, come under our Extended License for these plugins, so you do not need to pay for these plugins’ licenses to use them or extend your license through ThemeForest.
WPBakery page builder comes with our extended license. Therefore, the plugin can only be updated after the theme update as we include new versions of the plugin in the theme package.
If a newer version of the plugin is not included in the new version of the theme, its compatibility was not checked with the theme completely.
The latest version of WPBakery Page Builder bundled with the theme has been updated to 8.4.1. Generally, there shouldn’t be any issues with updating the plugin to this version. If you’re unable to update WPBakery to 8.4.1, please ensure you have the latest version of the theme installed, then try updating the plugin via Appearance > Install Plugins.
