Please DO NOT buy this theme. It no longer works with safe versions of PHP.
Also, the company that made the plug-in “THB-Portfolio”, which is REQUIRED for this theme to work, seems to have vanished. Website gone, support gone, completely disappeared. So that destroys all the functionality.
I updated my PHP (which uses this theme) and my site disappeared.
This should NOT even be for sale.

After downloading the theme again, I was able to find the THB .zip file and update the plugin manually. I can confirm it now works with at least up to PHP 8.2.29 which at this time is considered “safe”.
Hello, Thanks for the great theme. Currently the header takes up the full height of the page when viewed on a mobile phone. Is it possible to configure the theme so that the header only takes up the top part of the screen and part of the page content is displayed without scrolling down? Many thanks!

I had to revert to php 7.2 to get my major website to work with your theme.and now all of my other sites have crashed because they rely on 8.0 or above!
Trying to run One with php 7.4 or newer makes your layout builder, which I used for the entire site, not viewable on desktop at all!
Please update your theme! I paid for additional support and received absolutely no replies!

Hi, I have the same issues as”jonthepain”. I am stuck on PHP 7.4. If I try to update, I get a white screen on my site. This is definately a Page Builder issue as some of our other pages such as “About Us” without Page Builder open fine. Since the code is minified, we cannot determine which version of the theme you have installed. We recommend updating the theme to the latest version (1.8.15), which you can download from your ThemeForest downloads panel.
Please also ensure that the required thb-portfolio plugin (if you’re using it) is updated to its latest version. You can find the plugin’s ZIP file in the theme folder under config/plugins.
Next, update WordPress and PHP on your server. Always remember to create a full backup (files and database) before performing any updates.
Finally, clear the cache on both your server and WordPress using the caching plugin you have installed.

Looks like I had an older version of thb-portfolio plugin so after following your instructions all good. Hi Simone & all at Evolve-Themes. I am having an issue with 3 products via Woocommerce on my site. When adding these items to Cart, the Cart page goes blank? It is really frustrating as I cannot find the issue/error on the backend. Below is a link to one of the pages:

The only time I have experienced the “white page” issue before is when updating Woocommerce etc. You solved this by recommending updating the ONE pagebuilder plugin. Hopefully you may be able to see & advise what the issue is as I would really appreciate it.

Hi Simone, Quick question if thats okay. After using different SEO plugins such as Rank Math & Yoast, none of them can see content/data within the pagebuilder. Is there any code that will allow pagebuilder content to be seen by the plugins? For example, they say to add images & more text etc which are all included in the relevent pagebuilder blocks. Hi Conor, these plugins only scan the code in the content editor; the data on the frontend is perfectly fine. Unfortunately, we don’t have a specific integration between the page builder and these plugins.

Hi Simone, is One compatible with Simply Schedule Appointments plugin? I have installed and set up correctly. However it doesnt show up on the frontend. I have used both shortcode and block insert. On chrome, if you check inspect, the code is there etc but just not visable? Any advice please? Many thanks

Hi, its’ hard to explain without sending an image but will try again. So basically, if you go on my site on desktop aquafitpro.co.uk, you will see that I have a menu with 7 titles, where 2 of them are highlighted button in blue. Now when you access the site via mobile, and you click on the hamburger menu, the background menu is all blue, the same colour as my highlighted button. So basically, you cannot see that the last 2 Titles are highlighted. Generally, the background would be white so people can still see the Highlighted button and that’s the result I would want. I hope it’s clearer.
Hi there, Okay, I understand now. CTAs are styled solely for the main menu, as on mobile, you have to contend with a fully colored overlay. You can create your own style by targeting the #slide-menu-container ID and the .action class, like this: #slide-menu-container .action { your style }.

Hello there, since the built-in builder already add automatically IDs is not possible to add custom IDs. Each section have an ID like: thb-section-0, if you inspect the page code you can easily see the structure of the IDs, like thb-section-0, thb-section-0-row-0, thb-section-0-row-0-column-0, every structural element already comes with an ID. I had to pay to renew support, because my user/password no longer worked for justevolve.it the theme creators. I can’t add new blocks inside the editor. When I duplicate some text blocks. Or add a new text block everything works fine until I press “Update”. After the Update, I refresh the page and the newly added blocks display the following text (missing block of type:”“)

Hi Simone, nothing changed since it was installed. i think i update it once. the latest version 2020 is not updated. Probably list the steps for update and i’ll do an update. Hopefully that will solve the problem.
