Hi. I am having trouble to update my php version from 8.0 to 8.3 or 8.4. When i change the php version, web site is stops working and getting this mesage below;
“Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.
Please check that the mysqli PHP extension is installed and enabled.”
Is there any way that i can fix this. It seems If i do not update my php version to 8.3 or 8.4, i can not get my theme and plugin updates. Regards Serhat

The issue you’re encountering is related to missing PHP extensions (specifically mysqli) on your server. This is a hosting-side configuration and not something caused by the RealHomes theme.

- Go to Loco Translate → Plugins and select RealHomes Vacation Rentals.
- Click on “New Language” if Turkish is not already added, or click on Turkish if it exists.
- Search for each string (e.g., “Check-in Date”, “Subtotal”, “Total Price”) and provide their Turkish translations.

Hi there, when adding an agent under the agency dashboard, the new agent just disappears an states “No agents found. There are no agents falling under this criteria”. then when adding a listing via the agency dashboard, it allows any agent from other agencies to be assigned to the listing – How can I limit only agents from that agency to be displayed when assigning?
Secondly, we are a rentals only platform – is there a way to rename “agent” to “property manager” and “Buyer” to “Tenant”?

Thank you for your response. I have the “Display Agency’s Agents Only” selected already, but it still allows for any agents to be selected when listing a property. Even when looking for agents under the agency’s dashboard, no agents are displayed.

I have created property listings under the “Easy Real Estate” system with two property statuses: “Available” and “Sold.” Each property listing pulls its data from a WooCommerce product. However, I’ve encountered an issue: when a WooCommerce product (property) is marked as out of stock (sold), it still shows as “Available” on the property listing.
Is there a way to automate this process so that when a WooCommerce product is marked as out of stock, the property listing status automatically changes from “Available” to “Sold”? Additionally, this change should ensure the property is displayed on the “Sold Listings” page instead of the “Available Listings” page.

iCal calendar sync is not working. No automatic ical sync why?

The iCalendar (iCal) feature in RealHomes allows syncing property availability with platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
Keep in mind that this synchronization depends on the cron jobs of these connected platforms and your WordPress site’s own cron system.
If the auto-sync is not working, it might be due to the following reasons:
1. The external platform (e.g., Airbnb) has not yet initiated the synchronization.
2. Your WordPress site’s cron job is not running correctly.
3. The URLs are improperly configured in the iCal setup.

Verified owners are important as well as we get property owners who don’t have brokers posting as well. We requirement valid id from them to get verified which should match the name on the property title.

The update to the fusion demo broke my website. It is clearly poorly developed. The most important issues:
The property search does not display all listings,
Parameters (rooms, bathrooms, etc.) appear on the listing details page even when no values are entered,
The mortgage calculator header appears even on rental listings,
The location field in the search bar closes automatically on mobile devices.
Do not update to the fusion demo.
