EDD Frontend Submissions (EDD Vendor) is a premium extension and is not included for free with the theme due to licensing restrictions. To use all vendor features, you’ll need to purchase a valid license from Easy Digital Downloads.
The theme includes full design and template compatibility for EDD Vendor, but not the plugin itself. You will need to install the official plugin separately after purchasing it.
If you install the plugin and it requests a license key, that is expected behavior from the official EDD Vendor plugin. You must enter your valid license key purchased directly from the EDD website to receive automatic updates and full support.

Important Note: If you’re referring to the hover-to-play feature—please note that this functionality is not supported on mobile devices, as mobile operating systems do not support hover interactions. This is a limitation of mobile browsers, not an issue with the theme itself.
However, tapping the video should initiate playback without any issues.

First, I want to commend you and your team for all the hard work on the amazing Mayosis theme. I’ve tested several stock footage themes on ThemeForest, and I must say Mayosis stands out as the best. Its customization options and powerful features are far superior. In fact, after trying others, I had to return to Mayosis — it’s that good.
Regarding your response: tapping the video once does not initiate playback at all on mobile devices (smartphones). I’m using Android, and from the tests I conducted with others, users generally have to tap the play button twice before the video starts. I’ve tried this on multiple Android devices and experienced the same issue — it’s consistent.

Regarding the mobile video playback issue:
As mentioned earlier, Mayosis uses Plyr.io for video playback. The behaviour you’re experiencing—where the first tap activates the control interface and the second tap starts the video—is due to Plyr’s handling of poster images on mobile devices. This is a built-in behaviour of the player and not a bug.
Solution: You can resolve this by disabling the poster image for videos.
To do this, go to: Theme Options → Product Options → Video Grid Options Then disable the “Poster” option.
Once disabled, videos will play immediately on the first tap without requiring a second click.

Yes, our theme fully supports the setup you described. You can allow customers to either:
Purchase individual downloadable products, OR
Subscribe to a monthly plan that grants unlimited access to all products.
To achieve this, you can use the Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) plugin with two powerful extensions:
EDD Recurring Payments – Enables monthly or yearly subscription billing.
EDD All Access – Allows subscribers to download any product (or products from specific categories) during their active subscription period.
With these two extensions combined:
Customers with an active subscription will see a “Download” button instead of a purchase button.
You can optionally restrict access by time, product category, or download limits.
Renewals are handled automatically through the recurring payments system.
Our theme is fully compatible with this setup, and many of our users already use this model for membership-style digital stores.

The way the categories are displayed on mobile, you don’t know to “swipe” to get to the next or to see the next category.

Note the Demo video of search result video page of mayosis template are not working ,it is not playing,its buffering.( destop and Laptop} Also the homepage of demo video of Phone are not working,it buffer, The search result video too. the video also look small on the search result page. please ,this is general problem and not only me,please fix it for us.

As for displaying 3D models – currently, the Mayosis theme doesn’t have a built-in 3D model viewer. However, we can definitely build and integrate that feature for you! If you’d like, we can discuss the requirements, formats (like .glb, .gltf, .obj), and the viewer (e.g., using Three.js or Model Viewer) you’d prefer.

I guess .glb + Model Viewer would be the best combo for web? But it would be nice to have the option for .obj too.

Since I want to use Dokan for my marketplace, how can I properly set up the user and vendor dashboard with Dokan instead of EDD? Is there any specific setting or workaround to integrate the Dokan dashboard seamlessly within Mayosis?

Mayosis natively supports both Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) with Frontend Submissions (FES) and WooCommerce with Dokan for multivendor functionality. However, they cannot be used simultaneously, as they operate on different platforms.
Since you want to use Dokan, you will need to:
Ensure WooCommerce is active and properly configured. Install and activate Dokan (both Free or Pro, depending on your requirements). Disable EDD and its FES components to prevent conflicts. Set up the vendor dashboard for Dokan, as it replaces the EDD-based vendor area. The Mayosis theme includes styling and support for both systems, so once Dokan is activated, the vendor dashboard should work seamlessly.
