I am setting up a single product woocommerce site. On the shop page, the product buttons to click either add to cart or see description, I can barely see it unless I hover over it. How can I make these buttons easier to see so the user knows the click? My site is www.icycrypto.cc

You can add the following code to the Quick CSS field in the Enfold theme options > General Styling
.avia_cart_buttons {
opacity: 1;
}
You can also change the Product Layout On Overview Pages in the Enfold theme options > Shop Option.

Hi, just a quick question. In /config-events-calendar/views/single-event.php there’s that istruction:
- Override this template in your own theme by creating a file at [your-theme]/tribe-events/single-event.php
But it doesn’t work. How we could override this template single?

To override the Single Events template, please follow these steps:- Install and activate Enfold Child theme ( https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/ )
- Create a folder named tribe-events inside your child theme>/li>
- Copy and paste the single-event.php file into /enfold-child/tribe-events/ folder
- Modify the single-event.php file
- Add the following code to the functions.php file of your child theme
add_theme_support( 'deactivate_tribe_events_calendar' );

Hi there! We’ve been using the Enfold Theme for a while now. Yesterday, we made an update, and now the Layerslider is displayed incorrectly on our Front page. Layerslider seems to be an independent plugin with the new version 7.15. But on their page, it says, “Existing customers continue to receive updates and can use the product without any change.” Will there be an update soon? Hopefully, that will fix this display issue.

Layerslider is bundled in Enfold, and we include the updated version when we release Enfold updates. Currently, Layerslider 7.14.4 is included in Enfold. We’ll include the latest version in an upcoming update.

Hello, good morning. On June 28th, the WCAG 2.1 level AA requirements will officially come into force across Europe. After testing Enfold with the most common accessibility auditing tools, some issues in the code appear to be present. The theme does not seem to be fully compliant, as it was not originally designed with an “accessibility-first” approach. Do you plan to release an update or compliance patch in time for the new requirements?

I love your theme, but I’m experiencing something I havnt before.
On the homepage the css style looks proper. But when I add pages, like on the about, the css styling doesnt carry over.
The CSS also isn’t projecting properly on mobile.
Please help.

It looks like your custom font, Jost, is only loading correctly on your homepage.
Please temporarily disable all active plugins and make sure you’ve cleared any server-side, plugin-based, and browser caches.

Is there a way to change the font size for posts that are used in the advanced builder when selecting posts?

There isn’t an option in Enfold theme settings to change the font size of the single post. However, you can add the following code to the Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling tab:
.single-post .entry-content-wrapper.standard-content p {
font-size: 20px;
}

On team members – is there a way to remove the space between Team Member Job Title and Team Member Description – as well as make Member Description in italic

Hi! I’m considering using Enfold for a new website project and wanted to ask about compatibility with the Release0 WordPress Plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/release0).
The plugin adds ChatAgent Support functionality via a dynamic customer experience widget. Does Enfold support this plugin out-of-the-box, or would any custom adjustments be required for full integration?

We didn’t test Enfold with the Release0 plugin, so, unfortunately, I cannot tell.
If you are able to use shortcodes or embed code, it should be possible to use this plugin in widget areas. I could not find this information on the plugins page. Please contact the plugin authors to see if they have any experience with Enfold or any pointers about using their plugin with premium themes.

Please check out the permalink settings in the WordPress admin panel > Settings > Permalinks ( https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/customize-permalinks/ ). You can try setting it to Plain, click Save Changes, set it back to Post Name, and click the Save Changes button again.
If that doesn’t help, please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that resolves the error.

Hey Team, thanks for the quick help on updating to the latest, that fixed my problem. Now I have another issue. With the Enfold DJ demo, the logo is not changing on larger screens. It is showing correctly when I shrink to smaller screen such as mobile, but on desktop size screen, my logo is not showing, it is showing your Enfold DJ logo. Any ideas??
Nevermind, I found there is another logo used on the transparent setup. I have it figured out, thanks. Close this one.

After updating the theme the advanced layout editor menu in the WP-Admin area is no longer fixed when you scroll. So if you have many elements within page and want to be able to add in an element that menu is no longer visible when you scroll past it the first time. The previous behavior had it fixed in your editor window so that it was always visible. Any idea how to fix?

I am having serious problems with the advanced layout editor. When we try to edit a page by adding a media element, when we click on it to edit it, it gives us an error: ‘It seems you are no longer logged in. Please reload the page and try again’. I have deactivated all plugins and tried again, but the error is still the same. Do you have any idea what is going on? Could it be an error from the new update?

Hello! I’m looking at Enfold as a theme for building a One Pager, but I’m having a strange problem when looking at your demo (https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-one-page-portfolio/): if I click on an item in the main menu, the page jumps momentarily to that section, but right after it jumps all the way to the bottom. It does that with every item in the menu and with the ‘down’ arrow in the first section. The strange thing is: it only happens in Chrome. Firefox and Safari are ok. I’m using a Mac with the latest versions of those browsers. Have not tested it on PC yet. Any idea what is causing this?

I do not see this issue using Chrome on Mac. A browser extension you have on Chrome might be causing this issue. Please try disabling browser extensions and testing this demo in incognito mode.

Thank you for the reply. I found out what caused the problem and it was indeed an extension: the Meta Pixel Helper. After removing it, everything returned to normal. Eureka!
There is a new bug now with the latest Wordpress 6.8. When you go to the Advanced Builder, it has a blank screen with a slider that covers all of the widgets, making it unable to edit any pages. I have rolled back to 6.7 in hopes that the Enfold theme will get updated. Please advise.

I cannot reproduce this issue with the classic and block editors using WP 6.8.
Please replicate the issue on a staging site, deactivate all active plugins, clear caches, and check if that resolves the issue.

We make Enfold updates backward compatible. If you did not make any modifications to the Enfold parent theme, there shouldn’t be any issues.
That being said, since you are using a very old version of the theme, it would be smart to create a staging copy of your site and update Enfold there first. If you run into any issues on the staging site, please let me know so I can better advise.

Suddenly—without having activated any new plugins, as far as I can remember—when I edit the homepage in the backend, the changes no longer appear on the frontend, which seems stuck to a version from quite some time ago. Thank you, I’ve been trying to get support for 3 months but I can’t access the Kriesi support link. My purchase code says it’s already linked to an account, but when I try to log in, I’m not recognized. I’ve tried contacting Envato 6 times but they tell me to contact you. The ‘forgot password’ service says my email doesn’t exist… I don’t know what to do anymore.
