Hi, great theme! I have one question in the WooCommerce product page, I have uploaded an image for a product variation. For instance, color and size. The image shown with the variation isn’t correct or doesn’t load at all. Is this related to the theme?

Hi Guys, first of all, thank you very much for this great theme, of which I now own 5 licenses. In my current installation I use the Elementor 2025 demo as a basis. I would like to use individual header images on the individual pages. I have seen that I can change the theme image in the Saved themes “7 Single Page”. Unfortunately, this image is used for every page. Can I possibly create several “7 Single Page 01,02,03…” and assign them to the pages individually? Or is there another simple method? Unfortunately, it does not work via the post image in the page options.

Hi there, I am encountering a very strange behaviour in the the7 theme. On a page I use the blog_list shortcode (via the WP bakery plugin), since the shortcode is included within the7 theme. Till recently the page with blog articles was shown normally. But recently it only shows when I am logged in as Admin, when I am not logged in, no blogs are shown. What is going on? I’ve updated the theme and the wp bakery plugin to the latest.

for the people with the misalignment issue after updating wp-bakery. edit the page with the “Edit with WPBakery Page Builder” function on the top of the page, go to the affected row, click the pencil, and set “general > row stretch” to default, this will center it again

I have created a main menu which I have saved for Mobile, Desktop and Tablets and so on. But not all sub-menus are showing on iPhone or mobile phones. For example my Posts placed in my Main Menu doesn’t show on Mobile only on Tablets and Desktops, why is that?

May I suggest you pull the WPBakery version 8.5 update until the issue with content centring in full-width, unstretched rows is addressed. The update misaligned my entire web site off and I had to restore to earlier working WPBakery version.

After updating either the The7 theme or WPBakery Page Builder (or both), the content on all my pages is no longer centered. It appears left-aligned across the site.

Previously, the main content was centered nicely within the layout. I’ve confirmed that the layout is still set to “Wide” and the content width is 1300px in the theme settings.

However, after the update, it looks like the content container lost its `max-width` and `margin: auto` styling — resulting in everything shifting to the left.

Can you please let me know if this is a known issue and whether there is a fix or recommended setting change?


1. Can I ignore plugin updates? When you update your theme, external commercial plugins are also updated?

2. Can I use “activate” with “elementer” and “wpbakery”? Are there any conflicts?

3. For example, Elementer for page A, WPbakery for page B Can I use multiple builders on one domain?

Loving this theme and making progress but today I think WP Bakery updated and now it won’t save any changes. I work on the page, I Update, it shows Update …. then my page is not changed. Tried a lot of times. There is no caching plugin or anything, brand new WP latest version.

A security vulnerability has been flagged with the current version of WPBakery Page Builder (8.4.1). The issue has been resolved by the patch 8.5 but that one is not accessible if the plugin has been made available through this theme. Can the theme please make this update available, so no security issues arise?

Hey, my woocomerce product pages are missing sidebar, dropdowns in the menu and a footer. All other pages work fine. Not urgent, just checking if someone else has same problem
