I would like to request a reset or activation of my purchase codes. I have two valid licenses, and currently, I’m not using either of them on any website. But when i try to active theme in a new website it is not working. I also submit a support ticket. Please check ang reset reset or acrive my purchase codes.
Both of these codes are unused at the moment. Please help me reset or activate them so I can use them.

hi, i have been using demo under wpbakery for 2 years, then i wanted to change a fresh look. I accidentally import new pre-built demo with elementor, then now the whole site is blank. If i change to WP 2025 theme then the site working. Is this still fixable? If yes, i gonna renew my support and ask for ur help. Thanks!

That seems to be the confliction issue between WP Bakery and Elementor, that is why we always recommend to use the single page builder on the single site at the single time.
Try to contact your hosting provider and ask to run the backup for you before the site crash.
And then if you wish to use the new page builder then you have to start from the scratch.

You can use the Porto WordPress theme on the WordPress CMS: https://wordpress.org/download/ and yes you can import the pre-built demo of the theme on your WordPress site after installing our theme and then you can modify the content as per your requirements, OR you can start from the scratch as well using elements of the theme and page builder without any demo import.

Hi, We bought this theme years ago and we would like to test out your new shop demo number 53 locally
The theme looks broken and does not look like it should (shop demo 53). I installed the latest version of Porto Theme as of today
How do I fix it?
it uses wpbakery page builder v8.5, woocommerce v9.9.5, porto theme functionality 3.5.4
Is there a more updated version of Porto functionality plugin that needs to be used?
are there incompabilities with one or some of the versions of these plugins?

Yes, a single license is valid for only one live URL, as per Envato’s policy. This applies to all themes on ThemeForest. You may also verify this directly with Envato if needed.
To proceed, you’ll need to:
1. Deregister the license from your current Porto site (via the Dashboard). 2. Re-register it on the revamping site. 3. Once the revamp is complete, you can reverse the process (deregister from the revamping site and re-register on the original site).

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. Hello, I am getting these in debug log. I disabled all plugins and it still happens. It only stops when I switch to 2025 theme. Down versioned theme but still happens. CPU usage spike overloads server. Plugins are all up to date. Help.
