Bug Report: When you disable Review on courses everything works great : tabs manager that contains (Course Description , FAQ , Curriculum , Reviews) tabs are clickable and works great when closing review once I enable review on course what happen? I can’t toggle between tabs here : I can’t click on FAQ , I can’t click on review , I stuck on default tab which is description , I’ve to disable review on course in order to let this work In case if that not bug could you tell me how to solve it ?

I would like to know if the theme supports certain features required for the purchasing process. My client wants to sell courses and is requesting the following:

Support for multi-currency functionality.

The ability to change the payment method depending on the selected currency, as the currency is country-specific. For example: Argentine peso, Colombian peso, Mexican peso, and US dollar. In this case, the system should allow using a Colombian payment gateway for Colombian pesos, a Mexican gateway for Mexican pesos, and so on.

Integration with a forum system or plugin.

A way to prevent course videos from being recorded or downloaded.

Confirmation that an LMS (Learning Management System) is included with the theme purchase, or if an additional plugin is required.

So, I’d like to know if the theme includes these features or if it is compatible with any extensions that can provide this functionality without affecting the theme’s core performance.

How is it possible that in 2025, MasterStudy LMS still doesn’t support YouTube captions in the MasterStudy video player? This is such a basic feature , every other LMS has it. And with AI tools, it literally takes one prompt and less than a minute to implement.

What’s even more frustrating is that every time I update, I lose my manual fix. Please, just include this in the next update. If you’re not sure how to do it, I can even send you the exact prompt—just one line and you’re done.

It’s a small change that makes a huge difference in accessibility and user experience. Please prioritize this!

Hi, I have opened a ticket some days ago and nobody answered me. There are several errors like - misconfiguration of the cart (it doesn’t exist and design is totally messy) - there is no cart icon in the menu - many items like teachers when you check the list, they don’t exist and so on…

Issue with “Started” Date Display in MasterStudy LMS Student Management (Arabic Interface) after Latest Update

I am writing to report an issue I’ve encountered after updating the MasterStudy LMS plugin to its latest version.

Problem Description:

In the “Student Management” section for individual courses, specifically when using the Arabic interface, the “Started” date (the date a student began a course) is no longer being fetched and displayed correctly. Instead of showing the actual start date, it consistently displays “ago” without any numerical value (e.g., “5 months ago,” “7 months ago”).

Important Note: This issue appears to be specific to the Arabic version of the interface. When I switch the WordPress dashboard language to English, the “Started” date displays correctly for all students.

Affected Area:

The problem is visible in the student list within each course or “Student Management” area.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken (Implicit):

I’ve observed that the data is still present and correctly displayed in the English interface, suggesting a localization or display rendering issue in the Arabic version.
