Although we have the Service Finder plugin installed, the Service Finder menu is not visible in the admin dashboard—it has unfortunately disappeared. Could this be due to a security update in the theme? We have not updated the theme to the latest version. Could this be causing the issue? Please suggest how to fix this. We just installed wp rocket with no issue. I tried to deactivate, we see no issue. Perhaps the issue is with theme. I didn’t see any issue with the wp_rocket plugin. may be the issue is with the theme itself?
I have emailed you at aonetheme@gmail.com too, just in case.
Aone Dev Team,
Thanks for the email please. Now I can see the Service Finder menu..thanks a lot!!!!
The Service Finder menu suddenly disappeared and then reappeared after verifying the purchase code. Could you please clarify the exact reason for this behavior? Do we need to verify the purchase code every time? We believe the purchase code should be unique and only used once — is that correct? Could you please let us know the underlying issue so we can be aware of and avoid similar confusion in the future? That would be of great help please.
Hi Aone team. Is there a way to change the provider display from City, Country to City, State for USA?
Hi,
Please make your query more clear as it’s not quite clear. OR you can contact to our support email aonetheme@gmail.com with reference to this comment so we can understand better and guide you.
Aone Dev Team,
We have a Google Maps API key. Could you please tell us where to embed the code so that it works across the entire website, including the registration page, search page, and others?
I could see elementor has it, but I can’t add elementor in it.
I have emailed you at Aone Theme <aonetheme@gmail.com> too just in case please!
You need to save these keys in the theme options -> general settings -> map settings.
Hello,
I purchased this theme today (June 28th) and I’m facing some important issues:
When I try to complete the provider registration form, it doesn’t work – it just keeps loading and never finishes the registration process.
Also, I would like to know where clients (providers) can fill out their business information and details after registering, because I don’t see any clear tutorial or documentation explaining this process.
I appreciate your prompt support on these issues, as they are critical for launching my project.
Thank you.
Hi,
First please make sure you have verified the purchase license code in the wp dashboard, so theme starts working normal. You can watch video tutorials given here on our documentation page https://aonetheme.com/demo/documentation/general-setting/videos.html
You can also contact us to our support email with any query or issue, our support email is aonetheme@gmail.com
Thank You
Hi, I know the platform has a quotation feature, but is there also a chat option between the customer and the provider? For example, can a customer select a specific service, share details with the provider, and start a chat to discuss further? Similar to how it works here, where customers can select a freelancer’s service and initiate a conversation before placing an order.
The messaging feature is given between customer and service provider in their dashboard. So they can exchange messages and documents.
Dev Team,
When a user completes all required fields in the registration modal and then accidentally clicks outside the modal, the form resets and all entered data is lost. This creates a frustrating user experience, as the user must re-enter all information from scratch.
To improve usability, can we prevent the modal from closing or the form from resetting when clicking outside the modal? Ideally, the form should only reset if the user explicitly clicks the reset button. In Bootstrap, for example, this can be achieved by setting the modal option backdrop: ‘static’, which disables closing the modal via outside clicks, ensuring data persistence until the user intentionally submits or resets the form.
Implementing this change will help prevent accidental data loss and streamline the registration process for users.

Could you please rectify it folks?
Moreover, I have emailed this to the support team at aonetheme@gmail.com, just in case.
It’s been a week please. Could you please reply?
May I know why you guys are not responding please?
Hello,
I’m having challenge with the Service Finder Book Now button for customers after a provider has applied for a job listing.
When clicked the provider does not get any notification for the job. Please kind assist.
Thank you.
Hi,
Your query seems bit confusing….when provider applies to a job then customer gets notification. Provider gets notification when a new job matching to his category gets published.
Please make your query bit more clear, so we can understand and guide you.
Thank You
I want to show all jobs by default in the provider’s CRM dashboard. How can I do this? Also, please explain how to show all jobs on a specific page.
To display job on public page you can use following shortcode: [service_finder_job_listing]

Per Q: I have ticked the “Use Category Image as Banner for Individual Category Page” and have loaded the proper px size and still no changes on the category banner. Is there another way to load an image there?
Solved. I clicked sub header On in the Inner Banner Page Settings
It’s better to contact us @ our support email directly with your queries so we can respond quickly. Our support email is aonetheme@gmail.com

I am unable to remove the overlay (or locate it) on the Provider Avatar. There is a gray hue over it all.

” Hi,
Please find answers to your questions:
1. WordPress doesn’t support greek letters in name.
2. You can disable ‘Booking Capability’ under providers packages from theme options -> accounts -> packages.
Regarding customs stats: It will be dynamic, I guess you are looking for to show number of profile views on each profile page of service provider, right? “
Since i wont use the booking option, yes i would like to dynamically show how many views of their profile they have and if possible to make it one step further how many phone number clicks they have or maybe how many people have listed them as “favorite”. This are just some examples so you can understand where this is going to and tell me whats possible to do.
Thank you!
Please contact us @ aonetheme@gmail.com (our support email), this particular task will require customisation.
Hello. Well done for the theme!
2 issues found.
1) If someone with a greek name registers his profile doesnt work. (tried to change the slug to english characters and it worked). I have to change them manually. Is there any way it can be fixed?
2) How can i edit the providers dashboard? For example i dont want booking atm. How can i complitely remove everything that has to do with booking?
- A plus on the second question. Is there any way to add custom stats? For example profile views, clicks etc.
Thank you!

Hi, I hope you are well. We have purchased your theme and installed the theme on our domain, but as we tried to make any changes the site is all over the place. Can you kindly fix this asap.
have emailed this to aonetheme@gmail.com as well.
We will check, I guess the proper setup is not done, something you missed.
Hi, Can you check we have shared the logins
Hi We have published home1 but it does not reflect on homepage can you kindly check the issue
Another bug that I stumbled upon: We bought WP Job Manager for Aone’s Service Finder theme. We posted a task and attached a PDF file, but that pdf is not being reflected. Neither a notification is sent nor is any email received after the task is posted. Could you please debug this?
Also, I have emailed this to aonetheme@gmail.com as well.
We will revert to your email.
Aone dev,
As a customer, there are other validation issues. A customer can upload an image while posting a task, but the image is not displayed when that task is posted.
https://imgur.com/a/AfuoJG8 https://imgur.com/a/6nmks8WTask is seen as posted but it doesn’t show any email for the task being posted. Neither any notification.
You guys haven’t provided the job validation issue we talked about earlier. You said you will revert but I am still waiting since many days please.
Previous log error we faced since last week, below:
We were trying to create a job post by a customer but we have a validation issue.
In the job post form, we are encountering a form validation error in the description field. Although valid text is already entered, it is still returning an error. Is there a text limitation or validation rule causing this? Please look into it. https://prnt.sc/55kMEByREnhv https://prnt.sc/69748wFS_KYrIf you remember, I had previously asked you about the validation issue we were facing.
Also, I have emailed you at aonetheme@gmail.com for the same issue.
