t’s been a week and I still haven’t received any response to my support request. What kind of service is this?
Hosting company flagged import_demo.php as a containing malicious code and the whole site was blocked, had to delete the file, that obviously crashed the site when it was back online. So I removed quite a bit of the code that looked suspicious unnecessary since I don’t need import function. Site works now. Not saying that there is something malicious code there (been using this theme for many years now), but atleast ImunifyAV antivirus flags it. So would be best to check before more customers get their sites down.

Hi,
In version 1.3.2 of the theme, the plugin files js_composer.zip and revslider.zip appear to be broken or incomplete. It’s currently not possible to install or update them properly. Could you please provide the correct files? Thank you in advance.

I requested you multiple times that I can help installing the demo but you are more interested in getting your money back nor you want to get support. I am sorry but this is not professional. Also, I wrote you multiple times that demo images can’t be provided due to copyrights issue. We don’t sell the images. You may need to buy the licenses of the images by yourself and it is not a part of the theme.
The problem is that if the situation is as you mention here, you should have removed the import content option which does not work at all, so generally speaking it’s a bug and you should have mentioned it in your purchase page. No theme I have bought from envato is sold without demo content. And this is not for really using the content but for having it as a reference. So I will try to replace the content by myself. But you could have really used royalty free content and have everyone happy here.
At least could you please give me the ready pages and projects without the content?

the theme comes with the demo import and it does work fine. There is no such a bug. As per envato policy we can’t share the copyrighted images and you can confirm this from envato support as well. You need to buy the images for your website by your own so it comes with the license on your own name.
I sent you an email to request the dark mode images. Haven’t heard back. The theme is unusable as it is.

I am sorry but I will be not able to provide the images. As per the guidlines from Themeforest.net, we can not include these images in the downoad package or demo. You may buy images from Photodune or a similar website. I hope you will either remove the bad rating or give us a 5 star rating because there is no bug in our product. Thanks in advance.

From dropdown menu, after clicking a selection, during the loading process of new page still, the color of selected item will be orange ( or the default color of go.arch).
