We’ve encountered a layout inconsistency in your theme when using high-DPI displays (e.g. 3440×1440) with Windows display scaling set above 200% (in our case: 225%).
Issue: On Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge), the 3-column layout breaks and renders as 2 columns + 1 element on the next row. Firefox renders correctly, which suggests this is a precision issue in how Chrome handles flex + `calc()` + scaling.
After debugging, we identified that the core problem is in this CSS line:

flex: 0 0 calc(100% / var(-wd-col) * var(-wd-col-wider, 1));
max-width: calc(100% / var(-wd-col) * var(-wd-col-wider, 1));
}
When using 3 columns with—wd-gap: 24px, the widths calculated by calc(100% / 3) do not properly account for the horizontal gap (2 × 24px). At high zoom levels or large pixel density, this causes rounding issues and breaks the row layout. We solved the issue by replacing the width calculation with a compensated version:
.wd-grid-f-col > .wd-col { flex: 0 0 calc((100% – 48px) / 3); /* 3 columns, 2 gaps of 24px each */ max-width: calc((100% – 48px) / 3); } Suggestion: Consider refactoring this to a grid layout using grid-template-columns: repeat(auto-fit, minmax(...)) to ensure layout stability across all browsers and zoom settings.

I have this theme compartebility with WPML. With out it the theme is useless. For a week I an trying to fix it myself. This is may be 15-20 web site with the store that I do. And I never had such a problem.
There is no support on there site! You can only use there forum. No personal support., I can’t find it.
So if the auther will not answer me here urgently, I’ll have nothing but to apply for refound to Themeforest, And as for now I do not recommend this theme for developers.

I am using Woodmart theme for shop that updates product prices every few minutes (regarding prices from other market). This works ok – product prices get updated live and in admin. But I have problems updating cart and checkout page if prices of the items change while on cart/checkout page (items need to get new prices, sum must change as well). I need this done whitout refreshing/reloading entire page. Tried multiple functions but do not seem to work because your theme seems to be using some “special ajax” code. Can you help me provide the solution? I already have “a trigger” that would call the update. Maybe even some force update of cart div on cart page and “cart box” on checkout page would do. Thanks in advance for your answer.

I’m a long-time customer and my subscription has expired. But I have a question about the section Single product – Tabs – Custom tabs It’s something new that appeared after the update. However, when I activate it and follow the steps, nothing appears on the product page. . You can use both new custom tabs and legacy tabs. They will not be deleted. Do you mean that you don’t see new custom tabs in Dashboard -> Products -> Custom Tabs?

When the price of a product with a variation is updated, the Products per page layout is disrupted. For example, if I change the price of a product with a variation, if 28 Products per page is selected, it drops to 27. After updating the price, I go to the Products grid and click the Save button without making any changes, and it’s fixed. I have to do this for every price update. How can I fix this?
