I purchased the them eight months ago, and recently I moved to a new server (without changing the domain) and now I noticed activation, patcher, theme updates, woodmart template library, are all not accessible.

I have a problem with Elementor updates above 3.28.4. If I update, the site no longer displays the content of the sections, nor the slider, ... The problem is that versions below 3.29.0 are victims of a security flaw.

I’d like to ask how I can implement a feature where the “Add to cart” button changes into a quantity counter (with + and – buttons) after being clicked — directly on the shop (product loop) page.

Is there a built-in option in the theme to achieve this? If not, what’s the recommended way to do it using JavaScript or theme settings?

Hi, If Polylang is used, a 502 Bad Gateway error will appear on the Appearance > Customize page. My support has expired, so I cannot open a support ticket

It might not be related to Polylang; the 502 Bad Gateway error occurs on the Nginx server hosting the WordPress website.

When the price of a product with a variation is updated, the Products per page layout is disrupted. For example, if I change the price of a product with a variation, if 28 Products per page is selected, it drops to 27. After updating the price, I go to the Products grid and click the Save button without making any changes, and it’s fixed. I have to do this for every price update. How can I fix this?

Hello, after the last update, the custom css in your theme settings is not working properly. For example, I had this code and it worked correctly, and now it only applies to screens smaller than 980px. I put that code to hide the “Add to Cart” button on the Related Products within the Single product page. Code added to Global Custom CSS.

This is the code I added: .related-and-upsells .wd-add-btn { display: none; }

Hello, I want to buy this theme to replace my current one xstore but i have a question please. i want the brand page each brand to have it’s own page and link for example domain.com/brand/dior but when i saw your demo and click the brand link it showed as a filter page from the shop page. Is this customizable to be setup the way i want? Thanks

Hey xtemos team, the issue related to the Contact Form 7 persists on multiple websites we have. We applied the 670481 patch, but the box persists. All is up to date (using Woodmart with Elementor). The support has expired, so I am unable to write on your support page.

Also, the same thing was reported in CF7 support as well: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/extra-field-13/

The patch should help. Please send us a link to the page so we can check why it doesn’t work.

I had purchased woodmart yesterday and installed woodmart and tried to import the retail-template (wp-bakery). When it reaches 90% the wp-admin gets stuck and got an error like

“The import could not be completed due to low timeout limit in server. You need to contact the server or ask them to increase it to 300seconds”

When I contacted the server, they raised the limitation. However, I am unable to view the alternatives for reimporting the template. Perhaps templates are imported, but pages associated with certain templates were not. I asked server support for the error log again.

Critical JavaScript conflict: Woodmart theme breaks Elementor Pro’s Cart Menu and some other plugins ajax features for example with ShopEngine Plugin, increasing and decreasing quantity not working, coupon ajax widget stopped.

So when you click on any of the above it doesn’t function anymore, I’m not sure if this issue happen just after applying the latest patches within the theme, as I tried rolling back to the previous version of the theme still didn’t work anymore.

This issue similar to the most recent post from the customer dicojpp.

Critical JavaScript conflict: Woodmart theme breaks Elementor Pro’s “Animated Title” widget.

I’m sending this here because I purchased the theme in 2018 and I don’t have the right, but I created a support ticket on the forum and since this may be a global error, I came here to alert you to an issue that you may not have seen yet.

I have a critical JavaScript conflict where the Woodmart theme is breaking Elementor Pro’s “Animated Title” widget.

I have done extensive testing and can confirm the following:

The animation works perfectly with other themes enabled. The issue only occurs with Woodmart.

The animation works within the Elementor editor, but not on the live frontend.

This is NOT a caching issue. I have disabled all JS optimization from LiteSpeed ​​Cache and the theme options, and the issue persists.

There are NO errors in the browser console.

This is NOT a plugin conflict. I have disabled all other plugins and the issue persists.

Crucially, the conflict also occurs on a completely blank page using the “Elementor Canvas” template. Even on this blank canvas, the theme loads several JS files (swiper.js, isotope.js, helpers.min.js, etc.) which are causing the conflict.

This definitively proves that the conflict is with the Woodmart core JavaScript, which is loaded on all pages regardless of template.

Please look into this conflict and I appreciate your attention.
