Great template! very Creative! – Was a bit tricky editing certain aspects, but I managed to find out how to do things via submitting support tickets.
My only gripe, is on the portfolio page, that it’s not obvious that you have to click on the portfolio title text to see that particular project, it could be easily be missed, as when you click on the thumnbail it only shows you a larger version image of. that thumbnail.
It would be good it each portfolio thumbnail had a “View Project” button or obvious link on it.
OR is this possible?

Hi, I have installed this template, and I am now editing the landing page; however, how do I also add the “Agency home template” to my site, so I can link to that from the landing page? and then use all the pages from the agency pages?
I assume that I can’t add a navigation menu on the landing page design?

In the Mikado Settings > Import section, I can’t see “Agency Home” to import and use, please help.

Once you import “Burst Original” demo (please see screenshot) you will get “Agency Home” and other pages included in Original demo. After that just navigate to Settings > Reading and set your page of choice as your homepage as shown in screenshot.
The Intro page is using “Landing Page” template which excludes header and footer. If you change template to “Full Width” as shown in screenshot the header and footer will be used on Intro page too.

Hi, it wasn’t possible to submit a request on : https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/. I have an issue with the language selector on the top of the site template. It always shows all languages and is in dropdown status.
How can I fix this? OR how can I even remove the language dropdowns?
Also how can I hide that header altogether? the one that has phone-number, opening times, email and social media icons?

When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.

Hello,
we’ve gone onto our website this morning and all the fonts are different. They seem to have changed to Serif fonts in Safari and on mobile. And in Google Chrome they’re bold. We didn’t set the fonts like this in the backend of the theme.
Can you shed any light on what this may be please?

We do not have enough information about steps taken prior to this. If this occurred after the theme update then please navigate to Theme Options -> General and click on ‘Save Changes’ button in order to generate a new dynamic CSS file.

We have a blog on our website and the pagination WAS working great. We have about 75 posts on our website but we have just noticed now only the latest 17 are showing and the ‘show more’ button only shows once and then doesn’t show at all to load the next lot of posts – it used to show and it paginated great. This is happening on all browsers and on mobile.

Try to deactivate all of your 3rd party plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.

I was so excited to finally find a beautiful theme for creative , and then I realised its wp bakery. wish you had this in elementor

The current version of the theme is compatible with latest version of WordPress. Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.
To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is also important to update Mikado Core which will be listed there.

I have raised some questions to support team but still no reply., *but more importantly I just noticed, Your Burst theme is very outdated for WooCommerce Platform. I get this below error message on dashboard. I mainly purchased for Woo Commerce platform. Can you please return my money, ?

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

You can add an icon which will be linked to the WooCommerce “My Account” page through widget section.
Please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimization because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site’s performance and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them. We always give advice to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed.
The page preloader can be disabled through theme options.
Current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress. We are constantly working on updating all our themes and once it is updated the changes will be listed in the change log. We cannot guarantee that compatibility with Elementor will be added.

Thanks for your reply. Sadly with the score being so bad, and the issues on the pages not being set properly we wouldn’t be purchasing.
The image clearly shows the header / footer of the demo site with large white space at the right due to breakpoint / margin issues on mobiles.
Lovely theme but you need to open it on an iPhone and just swipe down – you’ll see the page goes left / right due to the issue mentioned. Likely a margin / padding issue but still, doesn’t look good as a pre-purchase.

Correct code for sticky menu for mobile devices
I want menu to be sticky for mobile version, to be visible all the time on scroll just like in the desktop version. I got some code from earlier but this code is not good enough:
(I opened a ticked at helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com # 220650 and I provided a code, 2 screenshots and link to my site).
... as you can see in provided image (sticky-1 with code.png) with the code the content is still in the same place behind menu and menu obscures the title but the content should be below menu like in the another image (sticky-2 Default.png).
Can you do that, for menu to remain always visible, but for the content to be below the menu and not behind the menu when the page is opened.

just updated to the latest version of the theme and things arent going well. Plus I’m getting this error alert from wordpress… An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 3 of the file /home/cccccccccc/burst/functions.php.
