I have a question.

We are considering purchasing this theme because it is very complete, both the WordPress theme itself and the course creation and management features.

My question is: the website will be developed in a closed environment on our server, which does not allow external access due to our firewall. However, as soon as testing is complete, the site will be made public and externally accessible.

Will there be any issue with license validation during the development phase? Or is it necessary for the server to be public from the beginning in order to validate the license?

Regarding your question about license validation: the use of the license does not depend on the server’s accessibility. The theme purchased can be used only on one project, which includes one live website and one staging website. Since you’ll be developing the site in a closed environment on your server during the testing phase and then making it public afterward, this should not pose any issue with license validation. You can proceed with development in your closed environment, and once testing is complete, move it to the live website.

Subject: CourseBuilder Still Showing a Blank Page

Could you please try re-checking and re-saving the settings for your LMS pages and go to your WP Dashboard, navigate to Settings, then Permalinks, re-save them, and we recommend using the “Post name” structure.

I’m facing an issue with updating student attendance certificate information. As you know, by default, many students forget to enter or update their full name in their profile. As a result, the certificate is automatically issued using their username or email instead of their real name.

Even after we guide students to update their profile with their correct name and ask them to regenerate the certificate, the name on the certificate remains unchanged.

Is there a solution to ensure the updated name appears on the reissued certificate?

WPBakery Page Builder still not updated to 8.5, even 1 month later. Please push 8.5, cannot do it manually as it ships with the theme

just for your reference in case someone asks about it in the future. I had version 4.8.116 and WPBakery was not 8.5 Still i manually updated the theme files with the latest from here. No success, WPB not 8.5 However, updating it from ‘required plugins’ and not from ‘plugins’ did work. Seems because the update link in ‘plugins’ is from the wpb server which i do not have a license to, and from ‘required plugins’ it’s from your server which i do have a license for. Hope this helps someone in the future

Issue with Course Enrollment Display in WPML Multilingual Setup (Arabic vs. English)We are currently experiencing a critical issue related to user course enrollment visibility on our multilingual WordPress website, which uses WPML for language management and a LMS plugin Issue Summary: When a student purchases a course and accesses their account, the course does not appear under “Enrolled Courses” if the website language is set to Arabic. However, when the language is switched to English, the enrolled course displays correctly.

Technical Details: The site is fully multilingual using WPML.

Course purchases are allowed for both logged-in and guest users.

For guest users, after completing the purchase and creating their account, no courses appear in their profile in Arabic.

When attempting to fetch enrolled courses using custom PHP code, the behavior is consistent:

Courses appear only when the language is set to English.

Switching to Arabic results in the message: “You have no enrolled courses.”

We also noticed that no orders appear in the student’s account

What We Have Tried: Tested user enrollment in both Arabic and English languages.

Verified that the user is correctly assigned to the course in the backend.

Used PHP to fetch user courses with standard functions — same issue persists.

I understand the delays. But the site hasn’t been working for 2 days. Because of an update and because I bought the LMP Pro Plus. I sent the login details again and the login I provided works fine. I tried again. Please do it as soon as possible.

I purchased the theme some time ago, and recently bought Pro Plus. I get a ‘Fatal Error’ when I tried to activate the Free version, and so the Pro Plus version doesn’t work. Hello, I created a video lesson and wanted to add some questions to create an “interactive video”. I select the “add a question” button and then order the details. Love your theme! Something that would improve customer experience is to allow them to click through to product details (like download info) after checkout. Currently, the View button on “Thanks for Order” page takes you back to product sales page. Odd, because most expect more order details. Where can I change that code? Thanks!
