I have 4 licenses for 4 different domains. none of them are working. I get above error message. I am not able to update themes on all domains. One of the sites is broken. I logged in to the porto support dashboard–it says “Invalid Purchase Code”. This is a critical issue. need quick fix before my clients notice them.

Please go to Porto > Dashboard, unregister the theme license, then re-register it using the same purchase code. After that, try updating the theme from Appearance > Themes and let us know the outcome.

Does Sticky Add To Cart not support variations? On a variable product, the sticky add to cart shows at the bottom after scrolling down, however, doesn’t show the variable options of the product in the sticky add to cart bar.

Is this something you can add to the roadmap? It’s a great feature but most of the products on my client’s store are variable products.
Also, if the horizontal filters on the product category page can have an option to make it sticky before moving out of the viewport while scrolling down, it would be a great feature and a good UX.

Hi, I used Porto many times, and I find it amazing. I have to purchase another licence, but I saw a security issue on WPBakery plugin, and I’d like to know if for a new theme purchase the patch or the latest version of the puglin that fix that issue is availble, since I’m aware I can’t update the plugin I don’t purchase separately.

First, please note that the licenses were issued by Envato, not by us, and each license is unique—none are reused. Secondly, your support period expired on 12/01/2022. The purchase dates of your licenses are 2018-09-02 and 2021-07-13.

I am unable to hide “Store Policies” and “Inquiries” tabs in Single Product tabs. In porto widget there is an option to hide tabs but these two tabs I mentioned are not listed, only listed tabs are “Reviews” , “Additional information” and “Description”
