Hi. This theme is supposed to provide lifetime updates. However, Slider Revolution has released their 6.7.51 version, while your theme is still running the 6.7.40. An “update” for this plugin is available, indeed, on your Dropbox link provided, the 6.7.41, but unlike previous updates, this file is broken. When trying to install it, WordPress says it cannot find the installation files. Any idea of when a proper update for the Slider Revolution will be posted, please? Thanks.

The demo import feature is still not working under any circumstances.
We have already raised a support ticket (Ticket #309228), but so far we have received only one response suggesting a settings change that was already correctly configured on our system and clearly visible in the backend.
This issue is now seriously affecting our project timeline. We need proper technical assistance from someone who can thoroughly investigate and resolve the demo data import problem at the earliest. Kindly escalate this matter and assign it to a senior technician who can provide a concrete solution without further delay.

Your ticket should be updated with response now.
You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated. Also, please try deactivating Qi Addons for Elementor and Qi Blocks plugins during import (they are not required for demo import).
You can also try importing via XML which is a lighter demo import method.

I recently purchased your theme, but I’m unable to use it due to multiple blocking issues:
• Theme registration is stuck on “Please wait” after entering my purchase code and email • All recommended plugins are installed and activated • Your support website shows “Error establishing a database connection” • I cannot log in, register, or submit a support ticket
At the moment, there is no functional support channel available, and I’m unable to activate or use the theme I’ve purchased.

1- Manual theme activation or license validation

When converting to the new container in Elementor, individual theme settings such as background text, etc. are missing from the container.

The sections created originally using Elementor sections shouldn’t be converted to containers. You can create new pages add new elements on the page using containers, however, the older content created using Elementor sections shouldn’t be converted to containers.

Your purchase code was connected to a domain which is no longer active.
We deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.
You also have an option deregister your purchase code via deregistration form at our Help Center in “My Products” section of your account. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

We purchased the Wilmer theme about a week ago. After configuring the PHP settings for our WordPress site and successfully installing and activating the theme, we attempted to import the full demo content for Elementor.
However, the import process consistently gets stuck at 76% and does not progress beyond that point.

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
For demo import, please follow instructions from this article Demo import – New module. On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Hi, I purchased the Wilmer theme in 2023 and have used it on one website, it’s been working well so far, thank you.
For cybersecurity reasons, my client now requires that the site always runs the latest version of the theme. I went to ThemeForest and re-downloaded the latest version of Wilmer (installable WordPress file only), then uploaded and installed it via Appearance > Themes > Upload Theme.
After installation, the Dashboard > Updates panel says, “Your themes are all up to date.” However, when I check Appearance > Themes > Theme Details, it shows that I still have Version 3.1.0 installed.
According to the changelog on ThemeForest, the latest version is 3.4.3, updated on May 5th, 2025.
Could someone please help me to clarify:
- Why is the theme not updating to the latest version even though I downloaded it fresh from ThemeForest?
- Do I need to re-purchase the Wilmer theme annually to access newer versions?
- Is there another way to get the latest updates without an active support subscription?

If you’ve used WPBakery to build content of your site, then please deactivate Elementor. Once you pick a page builder you wish to use, you should stick to that plugin and make sure that the other one is Deactivated. Having both page builders installed and activated at the same time can have a significant impact on your website speed and overall performance.
