Beautiful theme with full functionality. But, my only challenge about the MasterStudy LMS, is that it doesn’t work well with WooCommerce checkout. In my region, PayPal and Stripe are not allowed, we need the WooCommerce so we can integrate our local payment gateway. That works, but when enabled, the system no longer calculate instructors and admin earnings and you can not setup payout for instructors.

That has made the MasterStudy LMS not to meet our requirements. So, we would be requesting for a refund, if you can’t fix that issue up ASAP

Under a course I am building, I had previously added a quiz. Now under another section I want to add a quiz again and whenI input the quiz name I get the error saying “The Quiz Attempts field is required” but i don’t see any field for quiz attempts.

This issue is stoping me from proceeding with the course I am building.

After a student saves an assignment as a draft, the instructor receives an email, the same one they receive when a student submits the assignment – causing confusion. There needs to be a separate email for draft saving (honestly unnecessary), or saving a draft should not set off that email. We’ve had to turn off that email send now to avoid the confusion, but this results in Instructors not receiving a notification when an assignment has been submitted, which would be very helpful indeed.

If you don’t plan to customize the theme at the code level, a child theme isn’t necessary. In short, a child theme is used to make code changes that won’t be overwritten during parent theme updates.

I might also want to change some color and font settings in the theme. If installing the child theme is mandatory for this, should the child theme always be active, or should the parent theme be active?

You don’t need a child theme to change colors, as the theme includes default settings for this. You can also add custom CSS under Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Only one theme should be active at a time (either parent or child), but don’t delete the parent theme if the child one is active.

Will the theme work without installing non-essential plugins like AddToAny Share Buttons, BuddyPress, WPBakery Page Builder, and eRoom – Zoom Meetings & Webinar?

Check for a pre-set header (see https://prnt.sc/wYj8acPDG-8F) and customize it there. If you are using an extra theme, logo setting depends on the settings of the theme itself. In this case, it is difficult for me to guide with the settings without your site access.

I am not satisfied with your work. I have been buying theme from code canyon for over 10 years. Sorry to say sir, I’m not satisfied with your work and i don’t want to rate you with the experience i have with this your work. It gives too much headache. This is not the first time im buying theme and customizing it, your documentation is not straight forward at all. i have do what what to get pro for some time? what sort of prank is this? I am explaining to you that i am having issues with your LMS, and you are not giving me straight to the answer documentation that addresses my concern or ask me via email, step 1 do this and that…I have created a course, i can’t even see the cart icon on the menu, i see get course, clicking on it, it takes me to pay without showing the payment details and stays at pending. i click on go to course, it stays there, i click on preview course, nothing happens, i dont understand, your documentation does give a step by step explanation of how it works. pls reply before i take my final decision

I also think this theme is complicated. I have been using theme and i dont usualy face all this kind of difficulty. Honestly, I am tired. registered users with their roles as subscribers cant even login. Is there any hidden plugin like a membership plugins that overrides the login form?

1) Can this app support a Progressive Web App (PWA) setup? I’d like users to access courses even while offline. I am using a PWA plugin for this

We’re facing two specific cases where courses are not appearing in the user’s account after enrollment:

1. Manual Enrollment via Admin Panel When we manually add a student to a course using LMS > Manage Students, the student is successfully listed under the course in the admin area. However, when the student logs into their account, the course does not appear in their dashboard.

2. Guest Purchase without Account Creation When a user purchases a course as a guest (without registering), the payment is processed successfully. Later, when we create a user account for them manually via the admin panel and then assign the purchased course to their account, the course still does not show up in their dashboard.

As for notifications, there are not built-in sms-notifications, but automatic emails are available, but the theme itself does not control their delivery. We use the WordPress function wp_mail() to send emails. To improve email functionality, I recommend installing and configuring the WP Mail SMTP plugin. Additionally, you can install plugins like WP Logging to check email logs and troubleshoot any delivery issues.

Elements like your site’s logo or favicon aren’t actually controlled by the LMS plugin itself. The section you’re referring to in LMS Settings → General → Logo Uploaded is specifically used for displaying a logo on the Order Print page — here’s a screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/cFNAB7lOh3Qe

In all other cases (like your site header and footer), the logo is managed through your theme settings — not the plugin.
