I tried updating my site to PHP 8.x and the theme stops working, if I put it back to PHP 7.4 then it works, does the theme support PHP 8.x at all?

I tried disabling all my plugins except for Elemento and Phlox’s and ti does the same thing, my website just shows the search field, everything else is blank page.

Simple yes or no, does it support PHP 8.x ? that way I figure out how to move on.

I have to work with free theme to complete the site at last. As the site went super smooth scrooling that was not going to fix in any ways. So I need to deactivate all its pluging specially demo templates support. This is completely waste of money

Elementor publish is not working. Just installed the site. Imported a demo. Then open the home page with elementor editor. Edited few things jus to see how it works. Then when click publish button it does not work. At the bottom left it show ‘Server Error (404 Not found)’. I never experienced such thing with any other themes before. I needed to develop the site urgently but this is what happening. So frustrating…....... I changed the memory size beforehand so I could avoid any problems with elementor as stated in the theme documentation. I changed .htaccess, wp-config file size to 512M. nothing worked

It’s working now. In one file memory size was different in different files

there is a major bug in customizer – it completely ignores the : Display Title Bar Section Enable it to show the page title section. ( mine is disabled and it still shows breadcrumbs & title in categories pages) . tried to disable it a million different ways – nothing works! so frustrating. is the a css code I can use to disable it ? it only happens i categories archives – AND if i change to hello elementor template – the problem is no longer there. FRUSTRATED !

Hi, I hope you’re doing well. What you see on the demo is just a placeholder, added for design structure purposes. For a crypto calculator, you can use free plugins like Crypto Converter or similar options available.

Since the day I purchased the theme, my problems have never ended. At first, the GPL licance code I received didn’t work. I contacted the support team for help, and they activated my code. After that, I couldn’t view the demos on the theme’s demo page due to an SSL certificate error on their own website. I reported this issue as well, and they fixed it two days later.

Then, when I tried to import the demos from the theme, none of them could be loaded because the server couldn’t be reached. I reported this issue too, and it took them about a week to fix it. After importing the demo, I tried to customize it with Elementor, but I noticed that some functions didn’t work with Elementor’s preview feature. In other words, I cannot preview my changes without saving them.

This is a major problem because sometimes I need to change multiple settings, and if the results don’t look the way I want, it becomes almost impossible to undo them. I also contacted the support team about this, and they asked for my WordPress admin credentials. Even though I sent them twice, they kept asking over and over again.

Now they have started giving unrelated and irrelevant answers to the issues I report, and they still haven’t fixed my problem. Requesting help from their support team is a big problem itself, because each support ticket takes 1–2 days to get a response.

Due to all these problems, I requested a refund — and that was also denied. So, if you want to get frustrated and waste your time dealing with endless problems, go ahead and buy this theme. I’ve given up at this point. I’ve decided to purchase a different theme.

I purchased the theme and installed it on my site. However, I’m having trouble with Elementor. Even though I’ve installed the plugins recommended in the theme, I’m still getting a 404 error when I try to edit the page with Elementor. First, please check if your website has the minimum server requirement for the Phlox theme. Server Requirements for Phlox https://docs.phlox.pro/article/216-server-requirements

If it does, then from Settings > Permalinks select the Post name option and click the save button. It should flush the link cache and resolve the problem. If you still need any further help, make sure to submit a ticket via below link

Hi. I manage 64 websites on behalf of my clients. Four of these sites use your theme. I would like to report a serious issue I noticed with the latest update. I’ve found a workaround, but it seems like an error you’d want to fix for your other customers.

In your 5.17.7 update, the Phlox Core Elements plugin is not functioning properly. The additional features in the Elements section that were previously installed are no longer visible, or none of them appear when trying to add them again from the panel. As a result, I had to revert to version 2.17.5 of the Phlox Core Elements plugin.

There is no problem with Elementor. But when I try to add a widget to the right new block, for example, Phlox widgets are not visible. For example, the Pupular Posts news block that existed in previous versions is no longer there. When I try to add it, it is not visible.
