Hi, I need some customization for the certificates. I created an ID field in the user registration. I used the theme’s form editor. I tried to insert or replace it with the student ID, but it didn’t work. WooCommerce has flagged over 10 of your WooCommerce files as out of date. Some are very old and I’m now having issues with my cart after the latest Woocommerce update. Example: masterstudy/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version 7.9.0 is out of date. The core version is 10.1.0 How to update these? My cart isn’t working properly anymore! Thanks.

Those are simple warnings of the WooCommerce plugin and they don’t affect the proper work of your website. Whenever the WooCommerce authors release the new version, the plugin templates become outdated in the theme even the new version of the theme was released a day before. We can’t control the releases of the plugin, as WooCommerce can be updated more than twice a week. The new version of the theme will contain the updated templates of WooCommerce.

Thanks for your reply. Lately, the Country dropdown on the checkout page doesn’t change the state of the rest of the form. If it’s on USA and I select UK, it still displays State (for USA) and Zip Code instead of County and Post Code (for UK). To test this, I activated the Storefront theme and it worked fine. SO, something in the Masterstudy theme is interfering with its functionality. As a result, I can’t take international orders.

I just sent a message using that form. For anyone else with this problem, I contacted Woocommerce and they found the culprit: select2.full.min.js I setup a test site with a different theme that didn’t call for that file and it work. Since, I added some code to disable that file from loading on my checkout page and it worked. Not a permanent solution, but at least checkout is working again.

I was trying to create a type of test or quiz where students should write a 250-word essay within 40 min. The assignment function offers the ability to submit a writing essay, but I cannot use the settings to time it during a live exam or quiz.

The Course Builder doesn’t have a logo by default, so please send us that picture, and we’ll figure it out together!
2. Certificate Builder or Certificate feature are already part of the theme! You can turn on the Certificate Builder and start making cool certificates. Here’s a super easy guide to help you: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/masterstudy-lms-pro-addons/certificate-builder . Just follow the steps, and you’ll be creating certificates!
3.You can add PDF files or other materials to your courses and lessons, and it’s super simple! Here’s a guide to show you how: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/lms-courses-features/course-and-lesson-materials .
4. You’re right, we did mention that things like AI Lab, Grades, and advanced reports aren’t in the basic packet of the theme. If you want those, you can check them out on ThemeForest, but the main theme still has tons of cool stuff to use.

At this point, I want a refund on my Support payment. If your support is busy, and you’re charging people to pay for support, then hire some talented staff. And don’t reply to my support with rushed responses; like clear your cache, trouble shoot for plugin conflict. Some of us have been working with Wordpress for a long time, and we normally do these basic troubleshooting steps before submitting a ticket, because there could be something actually wrong with the coding of your theme.
It’s been now over 10 days. Very disappointed with your support and service. I had such high hopes for your theme.

Hi, I’d like to know if your system supports multi-instructor courses. Specifically, can a single course be assigned to multiple instructors? If yes, do all assigned instructors have full access to the course curriculum (quizzes, assignments, lessons, meetings, etc.) and are these items visible in their dashboard menus, not just within the course itself (single course page)? Will they also have access to students enrolled on that course, and see their marks? Thanks.

Yes, we have a Co-Instructor feature that allows you to assign one additional instructor to a single course, enabling collaborative teaching. The co-instructor can manage the course curriculum (add/create/reorder/modify/delete lessons, assignments, and quizzes), but with some limitations: he can only manage the assignments he’s created himselves, and they cannot change course info like description, price, or FAQ. Co-instructor cannot add students to the course or check their overall progress/marks— that’s reserved for the primary instructor.

Hi, in your recent version of theme there is a major issue. It doesn’t work with Paid Membership pro plugin and it has stopped all of our payment and lost 100s of dollars because of this. Upon contacting to PMPro support they said masterstudy didn’t updated template and it’s stopping to work the PMPro.
Please fix this ASAP!!!!!

Could you please double-check that both the MasterStudy theme and its plugins are updated to the most recent versions?
