Dear Support Team,

After the update of plugins and theme i am facing the below mentioned error during the booking of appointments

” Required “nonce” value is not here, please let the developer know.”

Can you please tell me why it is that and how i can fix it?

Hello,

The “Required nonce value is not here” error means the form submission failed the security check. This happens when a caching mechanism (like a plugin, your host’s server, or a CDN) stores an old version of your booking page that contains an expired or missing nonce value. When a user tries to book, the system receives the old, invalid nonce and rejects the request.

Clear Caching Plugins: Go to your WordPress Dashboard and find the settings for your caching plugin. Many hosting providers (like SiteGround, Bluehost, WP Engine, Kinsta) have their own caching mechanisms (sometimes called Varnish or Memcached). Log into your hosting control panel or use any specific host plugin to clear this cache as well. Please deactivate all plugins except the booking plugin. If the error is gone, reactivate the plugins one by one, testing the booking process after each activation, until the error reappears.

I finally figured out how to get the phone number on one line! Yay… I had to use Simple Custom CSS and JS plugin by SilkyPress.com to modify the CSS as the Appearance > Customise > Additional CSS feature did not work. Then I used the browser inspect tool to modify both the offset and the column width with respect to the third header column where the phone number is displayed. Now it displays on one line instead of two.

It’s not a great theme but it does the job. When we upgrade it we’ll definitey use a theme based on Elementor as WPBakery is terrible by comparison.

The booking is facilitated with Booked plugin. You have the option to choose between “Registered” and “Guest” booking. Registered booking will require all appointments to be booked by a registered user (default). Guest booking will allow anyone with a name and email address to book an appointment. – https://prnt.sc/10zt3jt

Hi, i found some problem in mobile menu dropdown section. Previously, it was fine. But, nowdays, If we click any dropdown menu in mobile. We need to click again and again. Is it possible to do booking only with payment? Also theme didnt updated since October, will here be new updates for theme or you dont support it anymore?

One cannot book an appointment on your appointment page without an account why?

And do visitors create an account in order to book an appointment?

Hi, I work for my client and I need add two fonts. I follow instructions at “Design” -> “Fonts & Colors” -> “Fonts” I added two fonts from Google “Volkhov” and “HindMadurai” but they are not displayed at list at “Typography settings”. I follow how is added “Amadaeus” font and instruciton but without succes, font is not shown at Typography.

Any sugestion?

No, this did not helped me. I have child theme and said “you can add your own font” I follow instruction and add it. When I set that font, does not work ^^
