I noticed that some of these plugins are requesting updates and/or license activation to maintain compatibility, security, and proper functionality. As the support period of the license has already expired, I would like to confirm the following:

Is it possible to receive the updated versions of the premium plugins included in the theme by renewing the theme license?

Do these plugins have individual licenses, or are updates always provided exclusively through the theme package?

If it is necessary to purchase individual licenses, could you please inform me which plugins require separate purchases?

My goal is to keep the website updated, secure, and compliant with best practices.

Hi, this is astoolstore. I want to learn how to change the image behind banners. Like the row of 3 columns under the slider. I don’t know how to change that image or the background color. Or the banner that says EARN $10 GIFT CART, how do I change that image from the power drills to something else?

When I click on a featured category (now that I’ve programmed the titles and images to my own), it opens a new page just fine with my products, however, the background footer is in obstructing the view.

Hello, I have installed the theme correctly and it loads up but it does not let me edit anything. If I go to the theme settings and allow for block editing, it doesn’t do anything. I am unable to customize the site whether through WP bakery or through the Gutenberg blocks

So I realized I had an old home page. I deleted that home page. Now I have no home page, it’s blank. Does the theme usually come with a template home page that I can tweak versus building from scratch?

Hi, I installed and activated the theme successfully. However, when I try to hit customize or even if I click my site URL at the top left corner, it opens up an old theme I installed but deleted completely both in my PHP admin (template and stylesheet files) and also in wordpress. I do not see the Equipo theme, even though it says Equipo on the top left corner.

Hello, I’ve noticed that the search feature in the theme is not working as expected. It only searches by single words and ignores phrases. For example, if I type two words, it only considers the last one. So far, I haven’t found any option in the settings to configure this behavior. Severe Performance Issue: Category Pages and AJAX Loading Extremely Slow (50s – 3+ min)

I am writing to report a critical performance issue I’m experiencing with the Equipo theme.

After setting up my store and using the theme for 4 months, the website has become unusably slow. The primary problems are on the product category pages and any AJAX-powered functions (like product filters, AJAX search, or “load more” features). Load Times: These pages or AJAX requests are taking anywhere from 50 seconds to over 3 minutes to load.

Product Database: My store has a database of approximately 40,000 products.

Benchmark Comparison: This performance is not normal for our server or product count. To confirm this, I tested the Flatsome theme on a staging copy of the site (with the exact same 40,000-product database). With Flatsome, the exact same category pages and AJAX queries load in less than 1 second.

This direct comparison strongly suggests that there is a major performance bottleneck or an inefficient database query within the Equipo theme, especially when handling a larger number of products.

A 3-minute load time for a category page is not functional for an e-commerce store.

We want to use a YouTube video as the background for a row and allow the video to autoplay and loop – similar to this website: https://medifyair.com/pages/business

The WPBakery page builder will allow a YouTube video as a background, but that option is not available here. WPBakery says that the standard row element must have been modified by the theme. Is there a way to get the YouTube video to display and autoplay and loop?

I updated our site’s plugins and theme version. Everything worked well, but I encountered an error only after trying to update the pricing for a product.

Our website has a critical error due to the plugin enovathemes-addons. When I disable it, the error goes away, but this plugin is needed, as then the theme design breaks.

Can you kindly assist in getting this site working with the plugin intact?

When I use the product ajax filter widget in the sidebar with category and manufacturer & brand properties, the filter does not work properly. I select the category and manufacturer, the combination works and the products with these characteristics are displayed, but when I select a second property in the filter, it cancels the two previous options and only displays the products of the last property.
