Hi, I looking to buy this theme for my website, I am using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin in my site, but currently my theme is not supporting ACF Pro features.

Does your theme support all of ACF Pro features? and Do I get ACF plugin from you with all features enabled or is there any limitations if there are what are they? is there a page or link where i can check all the features available and compare?

We use ACF Pro plugin to extend the theme’s Theme Settings functionality. ACF Pro plugin comes bundled with our theme with free updates. However, using some of the ACF Pro features (e.g., adding custom fields across the site) will require using a child theme and source code customization.

Ok, this is my website post, these kpop profiles posts is what i need the ACF repeater field, currently my theme does not support, and it’s creating a lot of manual work. I currently have 334 fields in one field group, it’s impossible for me to edit it without crashing my site.

I have to ask here, because I bought this theme 5 years ago in 2020 and i can’t submit a ticket.

When I add a blog post and add a link to it, the underline doesn’t show at all. and even messing around with the typography and link typography doesn’t add the underline in blog posts.

How can I solve this?

it’s the one thing that I can’t figure out.

I can’t for the life of it find the way to change the texts and items in the footer.

I am not talking about your custom menu, Ohio Theme options, but the demo footer data that is shown like this:

Hello, I´m having an issue when using Elementor with the Ohio theme. When the Ohio Extra plugin is active, the Elementor editor keeps loading indefinitely and I am unable to edit the pages. However, if I deactivate this plugin only, Elementor works normally.

I have already tested by deactivating other plugins and confirmed that the conflict occurs exclusively between Elementor and Ohio Extra. I need to keep Ohio Extra active so that my site retains all its functionalities.

How can I resolve this problem? Thank you for your assistance.

Hello!

I know our support has expired. However, I’m hoping for a quick response, as the problem isn’t ours.

Today we noticed that the mobile burger menu has disappeared—both on desktop and on all other devices. I can’t tell you when this started happening—we only noticed it today.

We created a clone of the website and deactivated all plugins except Elementor and the theme plugins. The menu was still missing. However, I can therefore confirm that there is no conflict with any other plugin.

We are using WP 6.8.2. Your theme and plugins are all updated.

This issue is a disaster for us, as at least half of our users come to us on mobile devices!

Hi i set the favicon on site identity where it belongs but it doesn’t show up in a browser (there still is a wordpress fav) pls help

Try making the following:

Clear Your Browser Cache
Your browser often saves or caches an older version of your site, including the old favicon. To see the new favicon, you need to force your browser to load the latest version of your site.

Hard Refresh: Press Ctrl + F5 (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).

Clear Cache Manually: Go into your browser settings and clear your browsing data, specifically the cached images and files.

Check the Favicon’s Location
Double-check where the favicon is located in your WordPress settings.

Navigate to Appearance > Customize > Site Identity and ensure you’ve uploaded the correct image file there.

Confirm that the favicon file is either a .png or .ico file, as these are the most widely supported formats.

Hi there, perhaps this has been answered before, but is there a way to not have a slug setting at all for Portfolio? Currently its set to ‘www.xyz/portfolio/abc’ – obviously we can change the wording for ‘portfolio’, but is there a way to remove it entirely so it displays as ‘www.xyz/abc’? I’ve tried leaving it blank in settings but it automatically add the ‘portfolio’ wording back again.

Unfortunately, you can only change the /portfolio/ slug with your own. There’s no option to hide it.

How can this be fixed, Also how do I get to use the multiple pages from the theme, only one page shows after importing a demo

I think the theme is beautiful and malleable. My main issue is that there is documentation but is not in depth enough, and also only in word press bakery not elementor (though both options are offered).

Also buggy – I can’t remove the share to socials bars on my projects and it’s covering up some of my content/headlines and it looks weird. Even though I turned off sharing from the theme settings and turned off socials options as well. I don’t see the option from the wordpress editor as well.

Hi! Just did a new clean install and demo import (Demo 31 agency) and for some reason, the menu is not showing up (Menu type set to standard)

Instead, the hamburger menu keeps showing. Cleared cache as well but nothing changes

Try to check what menu type is set locally in Page Settings. Maybe a local option overrides the global Theme Settings.

I just updated Ohio to the latest version 3.5.6 and now my site is running really slow or timing out. I’ve optimized the php. to avoid time outs, but it didn’t seem to help. Is this a known issue and others have been affected as well? Debug seems to points to an issue with Ohio_extra.
