I have a website already built with elementor – hello theme. Do you have a compatible plugin to add the real estate management feature ? OR should I redesign the website using your theme ?

I built our site several years ago using WPBakery and your theme but I now understand that you only support Elementor. What is the most efficient way to convert to Elementor, I presume I just can’t disable WPBakery?

I have a user who had subscribed to a free package on my site and 2 days later he switched to a paid package. The problem is that he does not see the poultry culture of the package at home but the amount was debited. Then we tell him when: Your current package does not allow you to publish more properties! You must update your membership. on our side at the level of woocormerce we do not see any orders.

Hello, I have created a website using the Houzez theme. I would like to add a property video from a local file (not just YouTube or Vimeo). Could you please guide me on how to upload and display that video on my property listings? My website is roomkey.in.

Also, I am interested to know if the Houzez theme supports a 3D Earth map option for property locations. If yes, please let me know how I can enable it. If not, is there any suggested way or plugin to achieve this?

For Membership If users buy multiple plans so they just lost old Membersship plans Listing and Featured assets.

I mean in membership you lost if you buy multiple membership is there any way to give user Permission to buy multiple as he want and use as he want.

Hello, is there any way to create an account that has access to everyone’s activities, in the CRM? or alternatively, if I delete my account that has all activities, contacts, properies and so on, will it transfer everything to another one I assing? I need my boss to have access to the CRM of the agents, but no access to the backend of wordpress, but none can do that. (so I need: 1 master/admin account, and at least 1 agency/agent that can see all activities but not the backend)

2. If we decide to have all free listing plan and get monetization from feature listing or bump up listing, When we set expiry date for free listing with 60 days. When that time is coming, can customer renew listing or create new free listing with old account?

3. In our country, Thai people like to input listing name with long sentences like 2 lines. It will break design or layout of theme or not? Can we use Thai language under listing name for get benefit with SEO?
