I am experiencing a critical issue on my website built with the Impreza theme. After the latest updates, WordPress notified me of a fatal error related to the UpSolution Core plugin.
Here are the details:
- WordPress version: 6.8.2
- Active theme: Impreza 8.39.2

- PHP version: 8.4.12

When the plugin is active, the site immediately triggers this fatal error. If I deactivate the plugin, the site works but loses all functionality tied to Impreza.
Could you please clarify:
- Is there a compatible version of UpSolution Core for Impreza 8.39.2 running on PHP 8.4.12?
- Do you recommend temporarily downgrading PHP until a fix or update is available?
- Is there a patch or workaround for this undefined constant issue?

You’re currently using an outdated version of the Upsolution Core plugin. Please remove it and re-install the latest one (8.39.3) via Impreza > Addons. Please let me know if it resolves the issue.

According to the error log, the issue is due to the Child theme and its customizations. Try updating after switching to the main Impreza theme.

After the recent update, my portfolio gallery created with WPBakery (Impreza theme) is showing images stacked vertically (one below the other). Previously, it displayed as a grid layout (similar to the attached example screenshot).
Current setup:
Layout: Metro 2
Aspect Ratio: 1:1 square
Image Size: 1024×1024
But no matter which Metro option I select, the images are not showing side by side in grid style. Could you please advise how to restore the gallery to look like before

Please ensure all needed styles are loading correctly. If you use “Optimize JS and CSS size” at Theme Options > Advanced, press the “Auto Optimize” button.

Please delete the Upsolution Core plugin and reinstall it via Impreza > Addons. It should resolve the issue.
Hi, congratulations for the theme, it is really great. But in the last releases, it has a bug in the carousel module. If you choose “Overriding Link” to open the post in a pop-up, it doesn’t work. It will open the post in a single page.

There’s a way in Impreza to reset permanent link urls of services / portofolio’s posts, after importing a demo template with content?
The method does not work and i don’t know why : “Step 1 – Navigate to Settings > Permalinks from the WordPress Sidebar. Step 2 – Choose the Permilinks structure you want (Hint: Post Name), and then scroll to the bottom and click “Save Changes”. Step 3 – Refresh your page and check that it works.”

This data is stored in the “Excerpt” field of the relevant portfolio item. When you edit the service, click the “Screen options” at the top and activate the checkbox for “Excerpt.”

There seems to be some bug in the “Dual Color Heading” Component. If we leave the “Before Text” field empty, it automatically shows “I Love” on the website instead of keeping it empty. This phrase “I Love” is a dummy text filled as default text in the field “Before Text” when that component is first added while editing a page in WPBakery. Seems like some logic issue at code to not to render dummy text if user has removed this default text phrase of that field.

This is an issue with the Ultimate Addons plugin, and it is not theme-related (you can test it with one of the default WordPress themes – the issue is the same).
We posted a reply about it to the Ultimate Addons team.
In the Fashion Shop demo https://impreza15.us-themes.com/, there is toggle button to switch between dark and light theme. This does not work when the demo is imported in a new website. Nothing happens when we switch from light to dark and vice versa in imported demo website.

Regarding: Price information – Base price per unit or kg or litre
In my region, it is a legal requirement to indicate a base price for specific weight-dependent (or content-dependent) products (e.g. beverages, food). In every situation (normal, special offer/reduced), the price per kg or litre must be indicated. Is this option available in the theme, or how can I implement this function? If this function does not exist, can I submit a feature request for it?

You can create a category or tag for such products and include a text description that will only appear for the products of this category/tag with the Display Logic settings.

We are using the Impreza theme with WooCommerce. Product brands appear correctly on the product detail pages, but they are not visible on the shop/category product listing pages. We would like the brand to appear under the product name as well.

Go to Templates > Grid Layouts and edit the Grid Layout you use for the Shop page. Include a “Post Taxonomy” element and set it up to show Brands.

The List Filter is designed to work with Post List, Product List, Term List, and User List. If you use a Grid to show items, you’ll need the Grid Filter.
If I understand correctly, you’re currently using List Filter with the Grid. Please replace the Grid with Post List or replace the List Filter with Grid Filter.
