Just to clarify our use case: We plan to use WordPress Multisite for one project — the same brand and website, but with different TLDs for each market/language (for example: example.com, example.de, example.fr). In this case, would it still require a separate theme license for each site in the Multisite network, even though it’s one unified project and brand?

1. License Duration: Each license applies to one end product (one website). The license itself is a one-time purchase — it does not expire. You’ll receive 6 months of free support, and you can optionally renew support after that period if needed.

2. Included Plugins: The theme includes Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder with our own licensed versions, which you can use along with our prebuilt sliders and shortcodes.

  • If you want to access premium features or receive direct plugin updates from those developers, you’ll need to purchase your own licenses for those plugins.
  • For Elementor users, we use the free version of Elementor along with our custom widgets, so you can safely ignore the WPBakery setup if you prefer Elementor.

3. Multisite Usage: One license covers one end product (one website) only. If you plan to use the theme across multiple sites in a multisite network, each site will require its own license. However, you can migrate your site easily without needing to re-enter the purchase code.

4. License Ownership (for agencies):

  • Option A: Your agency can purchase the theme and use it for the client’s project. You can later transfer the theme files to the client after launch.

The phrases are not in the language file or are defined with spacing on their own pages, which makes multilingualism a translation problem. in admin page—> Menu Name : creote Theme Setup / Import Headers Footers Mega Menus Services Projects in creote theme options -> Theme Setup Menu Widgets All in Menu : Performance Settings, Import / Export

Hello, I want to make my website multilingual. Two additional languages will be set up on subdomains, and I don’t want to change my website’s content using translation plugins. If I purchase a license, will I have this option? And is the license permanent?

1) The license is permanent.

2) No WordPress theme has its own built-in translation option. To make your website multilingual, we recommend using plugins like WPML or Polylang. Both plugins allow you to create separate pages for each language without changing your existing content.

3) If you want to set up your website in multiple languages on subdomains, you can either use one license for the main site and purchase an additional license for the other sites, or buy two licenses and assign them accordingly.

In fact, downloaded archive does not have a child theme (Creote-Child.zip)

I’m trying to import demo content, but when I do, it fails at 18% and goes back to 0% every time.

I can see that another user, manishparashar4416 reported the exact same issue 9 days ago, so I’m guessing there is an issue on the import.

Urgent: Plugin Installation and Demo Import Issues with Creaot eTheme

To the Support Team,

Issue Description:

I recently purchased the Creaot eTheme and have encountered two major issues during the installation process:

Plugin Installation Problem: While installing the required plugins, most of them were installed successfully. However, WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution Slider (Rev Slider) are not installing correctly. The installation buttons appear red and marked as failed.

Demo Content Import Fails: When attempting to import the demo content, the process starts but stalls at 18%, then resets back to 0% without completing the import.

To troubleshoot this, I have already updated the server settings as follows:

memory_limit – 512M

max_execution_time – 1000

max_input_time – 300

upload_max_filesize – 216M
