Porto 5.1 just downloaded from Themeforest. And still basic syntax errors in composer.json files - app/code/Mageplaza/AjaxLayer/composer.json - app/code/Mageplaza/LayeredNavigation/composer.json - app/code/Mageplaza/Search/composer.json - app/code/Smartwave/Core/composer.json - app/code/Smartwave/Dailydeals/composer.json - app/code/Smartwave/Filterproducts/composer.json - app/code/Smartwave/Megamenu/composer.json - app/code/Smartwave/Porto/composer.json - app/code/Smartwave/Socialfeeds/composer.json

in all this files there is missing comma after require: php line - “php”: “8.2.0 || ~8.3.0 || ~8.4.0” + “php”: “8.2.0 || ~8.3.0 || ~8.4.0”,

What ever is going on, I have very low confidence to put this into production page.

and additiona JS syntax errors in - app/design/frontend/Smartwave/porto/Mageplaza_AjaxLayer/web/js/view/layer.js - app/design/frontend/Smartwave/porto/Mageplaza_AjaxLayer/templates/layer/view.phtml

please have a look in a original file from Mageplaza_AjayLayer and update this override As far I can see there are basically no changes, just remove this files from your package.

The last Themeforest version has plenty of incredible syntax errors like unclosed parentheses, double > to close an HTML tag, the composer.json files of all the theme modules are wrong formatted, the mobile front version does not work…

Can you please update the change log? Last one is at Version 5.0.0 (8/13/2025) but theme updated at 1 September 2025. It’s not like one or two days so I could assume it’s the same update.

Although our support period has expired, ThemeForest’s licensing terms state that we should still have access to theme updates. Greetings, do I need a product key for magefan blog with my porto theme?

Please note that Magefan Blog has recently changed to a paid (commercial) model. Previously, it was available for free, but now a separate license or product key is required in order to use it.

The Porto theme does not include a Magefan Blog license, so if you want to continue using this extension, you’ll need to purchase a license directly from Magefan’s official website.

Can we all please have an error free download of the latest version. The latest download is still full of coding errors and un-usable. I have no support account, I just need the latest error free version as per license.

Additional: Mageplaza incorporated composer.json files are also incorrect.

Had to give up fixing, too many errors. Playing Whack-a-Mole here!

I found syntax errors in the files:

- header.phtml - custom_link.phtml - form.mini.phtml - small_list.phtml

Fixing them makes it work correctly.

The last version isn’t compatible with magento 2.4.8-p3, there is media gallery issue and doesn’t support php 8.4

I have been fighting so much with “lazyload is not a function” owl carousel is not a function” etc. with 5.0 is this the issue why you havent released it yet? should i downgrade and stop figthing it?
