i) Try to save the permalinks – Settings -> Permalinks
ii) Try to Clear CSS & Data – Go to Elementor>Tools ->Click Clear Files & Data. Make sure to click Save changes.

We always reply within 24 hrs. I think after creating ticket you also got message about the response. Usually we try to reply as quick as possible. It was issue with elementor version related. I just reset demo data and going to import demo data. After finishing I will send you reply into the ticket. Thanks

One purchase code for one website. If you will activate anywhere it will not work. Try to activate it one main domain. No need to activate on dev. Thanks
