Hi, I have one question. If I buy the theme and work on a temporary domain, I think I still need to apply the licence. And if that is the case, when I transfer the staging site to production on a different domain, will the license still work, or will I have problems?
You have to deactivate code on temporary domain before moving to main domain so that you can activate it smoothly on main domain. Thanks

Try to watch following video for Header & Footer Builder. There have display condition for specific pages or entire website and also have multiple options -> Include / Exclude.

i) Try to save the permalinks – Settings -> Permalinks
ii) Try to Clear CSS & Data – Go to Elementor>Tools ->Click Clear Files & Data. Make sure to click Save changes.

We always reply within 24 hrs. I think after creating ticket you also got message about the response. Usually we try to reply as quick as possible. It was issue with elementor version related.
